Hi Everyone, Just a reminder that our Hangout is next week, Monday December 3rd, 8pm EST, 7pm QLD, 7:30pm SA, 5pm WA. (seriously, SA is ahead of QLD?!)
We're continuing with the format from last time, which means that joining the video hangout is a case of first come first in. If anyone wants to join later I'm sure we can arrange swap outs. (Currently our numbers aren't that high so this may not be necessary)
The screening will be viewable live on Youtube which will also have a live chat running. I will post the link on Goodreads and on Google+ once we're up and running.
The video created will be unlisted, this way I can link it here for people to watch later if they're interested, but it won't be searchable on Youtube.
If people aren't happy with this way of Hanging out please let us know so we can discuss options.

Great! You don't have to join the actually Hangout if you don't want to, we'll be streaming live like the official Hangout and you can chat on the Youtube page.

Folks, we have a request from a few that they'd prefer this month's chat (Feb 4th 9pm EST) to be just chat, not a video Hangout. Regardless of what happens it would be a lot easier (and more responsive) to have the chat element of our evenings in Skype for the future as the YouTube chat feature is not very responsive. If you'd like to join us in chat this month or in the future you can add me on Skype with my username Greengiraffe10 (let me know you're from VF so I don't ignore you) and I'll add you to the list to be invited for the night.
Our numbers are pretty low this month, so if you're coming please make sure you let me know in some way.
Hello everyone! I'm Kathryn and I'm in Central Queensland. Discovered VF Hangout only a few weeks back and have been really enjoying listening to Ms Day and crew discussing these books and in general. It's nice to find an Aussie group.Here's to discussion and entertainment.
