Is that definitely the only ISBN in that edition - I ask because sometimes the edition will list more than one.

That is the only ISBN. Copyright 1977. Five printing editions March 1978-April 1979. Cover art Copyright 1979.

Inside it states: This low-priced Bantam Book has been completely reset in a type face designed....It contains the complete text of the original hard-cover edition...

So this is a paperback.
