I won't actually have the book until tomorrow though. My husband *still* hasn't gotten his car fixed, so he took mine to work today. :sigh:

I am trying to teach you but it wont let me. If you look at the box where you would post a comment on the right you will see a link that say (some html is ok) click on that and at the bottom it say spoiler copy and paste the code and the put your spoiler in where it says (....).

hopefully that helps! Its really easy once you start using it.

Haha usualy the vampire lead guy' s hotness is exaggerated upon all the time ( not that I hate that lol ) but the plot and dialogs kinda get sappy for eg take an Sookie Stackhouse series but this one seems more natural and less dramatic .

I'm on chapter 5 (15% in on Kindle)...I guess I should have read the book blurb first because (view spoiler)[I was shocked that she was turned into a vampire...I went and read the blurb after that to see what the book was even about! (hide spoiler)].

I'm not that far into it, but I like it so far. I like the writing style...I haven't read any of her other books.

I'm 50% in on my kindle and she is being stupid and people around her is being stupid >_< I like the style of the book but this annoys me.

Well maybe because kagawa' s view regarding newborns are different from Meyer :D what I found weird is the oh-so-wise Jeb didn't check if she was a vampire or not

In most of the vampire stories I have read the newborns are uncontrollable. So maybe I am just used to it.

I'm up to chapter 10 (36% on my Kindle)...here are my thoughts so far

Allie - (view spoiler)[I like her. She's tough and you know she's going to be kick ass. I like that she went back to try to talk to Stick, even though she did it in kind of a stupid way...I suppose that had to be done to show her her old life was gone. (hide spoiler)]

Kanin - (view spoiler)[I hope we see more of him...I don't think the author would let him die there, would she? Anyway, I saw it coming that he was going to be the vamp responsible for the rabids and what not...see any romance between him and Allie later (if he's not already dead)? (hide spoiler)]

I don't see any romance w/ Allie & Kanin. He's More like a dad to her for me.
