ETA: I restored the ISBNs on the paperback.

Also, can you delete the 2 books (without covers) that I accidently created. Sorry. :-(

No. The default edition will be the one shelved by the most users.

Users have the right to shelve the edit they own, whether it's currently for sale or not. The default edition cannot be manually changed.

Can you remove the two books that show as "Noah's Wife" that have no cover displayed? We will just use the default version. Thanks for your patience.
Each of the 5 editions currently listed have a distinct ISBN or ASIN, so none should be deleted.
