I love the Kindle text-to-speech feature and have noticed some really quirky pronounciations of some words... this is intended to be a fun list of quirky/funny misprounounced words from text-to-speech on your kindle.

So to start off...

Tired = ty-red
Uh-uhn = unnilhexium
C'mon = see Monday
Khaki = cocky

You get the idea...

Wierd, I haven't used it, looks like it doesn't like slang. I like watching sub-titles on live tv for the noncense they come out with.

It consistently pronounces "tears," like the water that comes out of your eyes, like "tears," like the character is ripping something.
