Combine Editions: Not The Impossible Faith

I have the Kindle edition of "Not The Impossible Faith: Why Christianity Didn't Need A Miracle To Succeed" by Richard Carrier. The Kindle edition has an ASIN of B003XVZC24 .

The paperback edition of this book is at http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/69... and does not have a Kindle edition listed.

When I searched for the ASIN B003XVZC24, I found a book with no name and no author that Goodreads offered to let me rescue. I did.

But now I can't combine it with the paperback edition because I am not a librarian. Can someone please finish this for me?
