I am reading Shape Objects by Gillian Flynn. This is her first book and it's not as good as the other two, but let's see how it ends.

I'm reading Into the Wild and Looking for Alaska next. I haven't decided which one I'm actually going to dig into first.

Today, I started "Alex Cross, Run". I'm 84 pages into it. I don't want to put it down to make the fam dinner. Guess I must, though. :-/

Haven't been able to read much lately, but I did finish

in about 2 days (despite working God-awful hours) and will start

 soon.Still working on
(although I am almost done...about 90 pages left) and working through

I have never had this problem before with finishing books, maybe I am just getting series overload and I want my main characters that I love (i.e. Mercy Thompson, Jane Yellowrock, Kitty, my favorite elemental assassin, a certain greywalker, and a few others...)
Beautiful Creatures, it's everwhere now. That's okay because I liked it when I read it. At last, I'm going to see the movie with my friend tonight.Right now I am reading
. The plot is good so far, but the writing bothers me. It definately is different from what I've read, stylistically.

      Just finished

via the White box through the bookstore I work at (and it was actually very good! The illustrations are phenomenal)Working on
now, definitely looking good so far and very excited to see the next chapter in the Joanne Walker series ;)And still working on a couple others, which I hope to finish before the end of the month...lol
We're having some warm weather here so I've polished off House Rules, started & finished Olivia Cunning's Hot Ticket & just about to start The Madness Underneath by Maureen Johnson.

I am currently reading "Private Berlin" by James Patterson. I'm really enjoying it so far, too! It's going to be another series I follow and can't wait for the next book to come out.

So, I finished "Private Berlin". It was my favorite of the Private series so far. It kept me in suspense. I am onto my 3rd book of the week with "My Booky Wook". So far, weird just like the author but I am curious. I will plug on. I have to finish all books. I'm not a quitter. :-)

A bit to cheesy for me... The book was not as good as I thought either!
Marie wrote: "Anna and the French Kiss is super amazing."I had such high hopes for this one... in the end it just wasn't for me.
Yeah. I understand. Thinking back on it it wasn't super amazing. It was cute, sweet, and good, but wasn't absolutely amazing. And if your standards are higher, I really don't think this one would have fit the bill.

 - its been on my CR list for more than a month :D
- YA fiction, I'm following the Group's theme book read on my own volition
 - just started last night
 - listening to the audiobook (my first ever serious try for such edition) so far, its great.

Been revisiting the Narnia books......have read one a day over the past few days and am just about to start the 5th one. Really enjoying them, and getting much more out of them than when I read them as a child.

I'm going to start re-reading Persuasion by Jane Austen. I don't remember loving it as much as P&P or Emma, but I'm wondering if I read it as a *cough* mature adult, maybe I will love it more.

      I am currently reading

Dark Summer by Lizzy Ford. I just started reading it and I am already loving the story. :)

      Started

today! I won it in a book giveaway on here and got it In the mail today! Only 60 pages in, it's amazing! Usually, I'm all over YA books, but this book, very different from what I usually read, is SO good.

I had mixed feelings for Blood Red Road. I didn't like the writing style much either!

"My copy of Clockwork Princess came in the mail today. I'm itching to dive into it but if I don't finish what I'm reading now, I know with all the books coming out straight after I have on pre-order I'd probably have to go back & restart what I'm currently reading lol
