For Tigana you have to tell it you're NOT in America. Use Australia or the UK and you can get it.

It's not your Kindle setting, it's your account setting. That said I got past chapter 1 and I don't think it's as great as everybody else is saying.

Melinda, the book is not available to people in the US (for some weird reason) , so you have to change your country settings to a UK address in order to purchase it from the UK amazon store. Setting it to "US" won't work. Hope that helps.

One note: When I switched my address to the UK I was told my Prime account would be cancelled. When I reverted back to my current address it was restored.

I just discovered this book is now available through Overdrive as an ebook and also an audiobook in the US!

So, now I'm going to go back and finish reading it, since I had to lem the dead tree version that I had to keep returning when it was overdue ;)
