No idea, blame it on post house moving chaos.

The books are unpacked, there are still odds and ends lurking. Our biggest problem is that ou ADSL line is poor so I am battling to update all my challenges. I don't like doing it on my iPad.

Yeah, I don't like updating on my tablet either. Luckily they sorted out our line quickly. Hope yours is sorted soon.

Probably in a week or two. I don't have that much money right now to buy books so I have to be really carefull what I buy and I am waiting for Etiquette and Espionage to be released so I can read that as my book that is released in 2013. Normally I would have bought a book already for that task, but I just can't afford to do that right now. Then for my bonus book I have lots of books that I can read. So it is waiting for the book to be released which is in 7 days (I think) and then for it to reach me and be read by me.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean for that task to be such a pain! I just thought it would be a bit different and prolong the challenge a little.
I think it did add a nice element to the challenge, besides, without it, Barbara would have beaten me!

I've also got that one earmarked for the task!

@Varla Fiona: If you need these kinds of tricks to beat me, well what can I say about that... :P
@Carolien: Oh maybe we can all read it together and make it a buddy read. Claudia is also getting it and maybe there are more people who are getting it. Are you going to buy it once it hits the stores or did pre-ordered it?
BTW did you see I finally got the Brothers Grimm challenge going? I am sure you want to reserve a spot for your planning.

Hope you feel better Barbara. I haven't got around to ordering yet, but I can do it this weekend and then a buddy read will be great.
I've booked my Brothers Grimm spot and are figuring out how to fit books for The Deserted Island challenge in there! Haven't been brave enough to suggest we do anything Pride and Prejudice's 200th anniversary.

I feel a little bit better everyday but am not totally healthy yet. This flu is very stubborn and I am not the only one having problems with it. Thanks for asking!
Oh great idea! Let me think about a Pride and Prejudice challenge. I already have some ideas for tasks. I am sure I can come up with a little challenge and we'll just say it was my idea. :)

You're welcome. I think it's the only Jane Austen I ever read and that probably about 20 years ago. I've seen some of the movies based on her books, but for some reason never got around to reading her books. Maybe this will be the excuse to at least reread one!

Last night I finished Etiquette & Espionage for task 25. Today I read and finished Wolf at the Door for task 31. I read another book by MaryJanice Davidson for task 17 and Wolf at the Door was published 6 years later.
That means I finally completed this challenge. Lets pop the corks and celebrate!!!!!!

I can't remember if we started this on the 20th of June or the 1st of July, but my Reading Goals thread lists this as ending on the 19th of June (so I assume we started on the 20th). When should we start nominations for new tasks?
Varla Fiona wrote: "WooHoo, only one left!"
I've started the last one and it's a quick read so hopefully by the weekend in between some studying for an exam. Also looking forward to the new challenge.

I don't know if I'll finish this challenge, so I'm keen on a new challenge too! And of course I love thinking up tasks.
