Who should have Katniss' man at the end?

aww no, I really thought through the whole books it was going to be Gale and was so glad when it was Peeta
I can't believe she ended up with Peeta... Gale and her have such a long relationship. Meeting when they were still quite young, and hunting together. In the end, she's slowly losing her mind in her Victor House, back in 12, and Gale never even comes to see her at all.
My heart literally breaks when she ends up with Peeta.
I was so happy it was Pitta! I was afraid throughout the books it would be Gale :( Pitta cared about Katness more than anything. Everything he did was for her. Gale didn't care so much about what she wanted and her feelings. I felt like he just wanted her because he saw her with someone else and wanted to "win it"

I always wanted Katniss to end up with Peeta. I only saw Katniss having feelings for Gale because he was able to protect her family, yet, in the end, he failed. Wasn't it Gale battle stategy that resulted in Prim's death? It may not be directly his fault, but you have to admit he played a part. How was she suppose to love him after that? When her family was completely torn apart, she lost the need for Gale. He was survial not love. Peeta understood everything she had gone through and was he not more genuine that Gale? And to respond to the stalking part, I disagree. He admired her at school because he had feelings for her and provided food for her when she was starving. I hardly consider that stalking. Having a crush isn't creepy.I would be forever greatful to someone who saved my life. Gale came along after Katniss was already hunting on her own not when she really needed someone.
And to add to it, Peeta honored Prim's death by planting the primroses. What did Gale do? Leave.

I felt that Peeta was very 'damsel in distress'-ey. Like honestly, the only reason he made it out of the first Games was because of Katniss. If she wasn't there, he would of been dead, no doubt.Gale on the otherhand, took care of her family, stood up for her, had to Peeta tell the world he loves the girl he loves, kiss her, propose to her, and then tell the world she's pregnant on National Television. Not to mention all the other things he did for Katniss.
Peeta all the way! Gale and her are best friends there shouldn't be anything romantic or it would just be awkward.
I honestly think that she shouldn't have ended with none of them. Katniss was strong enough to stand by herself and when reading the books, I didn't feel that she had stronger feelings over one or another. However, I undertand why she chose Peeta; Gale gets her more rebellious and vengeful while Peeta calms down her temperament.
Definitely Peeta!Both Katniss & Gale walk about with a chip on their shoulders. They're best friends because they're so alike.
Whereas Peeta is everything Katniss is not, making them a whole unit when put together.
And even though Katniss doesn't deserve him, Peeta is good for her. ;-)

Well Peeta coulda killed himself instead of making katniss get in trouble with the Capital. If he really loved her he'd done that.
I was not shore who Katniss would pick but I predicted she would pick Peeta in the end because they have been in the games with each other and they make a great team. I am so happy she picked Peeta. I mean besides Gale left Katniss for a job, so if Gale really loved her he would of went back to district 12 with Katniss and Peeta.

At the time he was just thinking of getting out and being with her besides, he wanted to live to be with her and if you read the books Peeta was glad to die for her but she wouldn't let him.

I always wanted her to end up with Peeta, but Gale was a huge contender and I honestly believed she would end up with him and I'd be disappointed. I was still disappointed though, because the there was no real reason for writing Gale off, it was just so random and there was nothing convincing to make you feel happy. The dandelion was a good reason, I just don't think she did justice to the explanation though, making Gale just seem like a joke in the end. Like everything he'd done up till them held no value.

Mockingjay is amazing! you will be so supprised throughout the book! Actually mockinghay was my least favorite book of the series but the first two are pretty high on my favorite books so mockingjay is still amazing!

Wasn't it Gale battle stategy that r..."too true... and peeta is just nicer. if you had to spend the rest of your life with someone, would you prefer someone who was nice to you, thought of your feelings and honestly, unconditionally loved you, or just the guy you'd known forever who ultimately killed your little sister? The decision isn't a very hard one, is it?
DEFINITELY Peeta! Katniss needs him, the dandelion on the spring. ♥♥
