Jed (specklebang) | 33 comments Dome City Blues isn't too bad. I'm reading it now.

Keith | 5 comments I suggest Deamon, which requires reading Freedom as Deamon ends on a cliffhanger, or Ready Player One.

I loved both, I'm reading Zero Day right now. I also started into cyberpunk with the books you mentioned, so we may have similar tastes.

Tech that doesn't exist yet but is definitely possible
Virtual or augmented reality.

Unless "Future noir" = "cyber punk" they do fit, but perhaps I use a looser definition than you do

Jed (specklebang) | 33 comments Daemon, Freedom™ are excellent suggestions. The final book of the trilogy is due out very soon Kill Decision. The first 2 made me cry at times. That's the highest compliment I can pay them. Just wonderful.

Scott (borechata) | 1 comments Mirrorshades, the Cyberpunk short story collection. That will turn you onto the early major writers you haven't encountered yet, and whet your appetite for 2nd wave Cyberpunk.

Is that part of the set? From the description I thought it was just a 3rd book by him, not connected to the first two.

Jed (specklebang) | 33 comments Supposedly the final book of a trilogy
