My absolute favorite book :-) love Wanderer aka Wanda's character. So brave, kind, self-sacrificing, impartial. The kind of person no one could hate. She represents what I (and perhaps many others) wishhumans could be like. The book is full of drama and suspense. I've read it 4 times now and can't wait to read it again.
