Unfinished Combining?

Hi, can everyone help me please? I have combined the Hungarian edition Paddington 16.50 with the other editions of 4.50 from Paddington 4:50 From Paddington and on the "combine editions" page it seems as if I have been successful. However, on the book's page seems as if the book has not been combined. Moreover, I am not able either to separate or to delete this edition. Thanks for any help!

Looks to be the problem of the day.. have the same issue with Patricia Highsmith's "The Cry of the Owl" and the Dutch version ("De roep van de uil") I've added a few hours ago.

There have been issues with the book pages updating promptly recently. If you select another of the combined editions and go to the editions page, then the books are showing as combined as the do on the combine editions page

Yesterday it was noticed on the book page that after separating reviews where not separating straight away

Either I am too impatient or the problem must be more complicated, because it has been hours now since I combined the book mentioned in my first post and the book is still not showing as combined on the book page... The same is true for other books.

There are places on gr that have a 24/48 cache so it can takes days to update in someplaces.

Without a problem, it seemed, except now it won’t let me “switch to this edition” (the Kindle one, the 2nd one). I then tried to combine the Kindle one with the paperback, but it is showing it as already combined.

Please fix, and if you could tell me what I did wrong, I would appreciate it.

It's been more than 24 hours since I combined The Ground Beneath Her Feet (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13...), The Moor's Last Sigh (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13...) and Fury (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13...).
The second one has been properly combined by now, and the 1st and 3rd ones still do not show as combined on the editions' pages. There really seem to be some issues with combining... I have combined many editions before and have never met such difficulties. Will wait for another 24 hours to make sure :)

UPD: the first one has just been combined.
So it does seem to be an issue of cache and patience )

UPD2: all of them are now combined properly. case closed )

Yes to both. It's a caching issue, which is being worked on. Meanwhile, the cache should expire after 24 hours -- maybe less.

Is anyone else still having this issue? I added four books yesterday, and attempted to merge them. As you were all mentioning, I found that they appeared to be successfully combined on the merge page, but on all four book pages, the books appear to remain un-merged.

I created and merged yesterday afternoon. One of them briefly appeared to be merged, but now does not. Any ideas?

I understand that this is a known caching issue. If you wait 24-48 hours, the database should catch up.

Once you combine, if you edit and save the book (without changing anything) it forces are refresh that shows the combined editions. I have done this for the links above
