Steph It has been a little while since i read this book, and so names escape me, but did any body else start to wonder if the male reporter who had previously been working on the writing about the house would turn out to be the lost love but with amnesia or something from the war? When we first heard about him it was made clear he had a nurse, which i assumed meant he was old. Until he appeared and we were told he was too young, i thought he would be Junipers lover.

Nicki I guess I never thought of that, but now that you mention it I can see it. Maybe that's what the author started with and then it evolved into something else.

I don't think anyone should answer; it would be a spoiler.

Anita Dresden I am glad that the world is full of different people who come up with differing idea.I must admit Tettsy that is one scenario that didn't cross my mind. Great Plotting!
