Attention Mods! Or Mod! Anyone?
She's awesome! Tell her I love it. I forwarded it to the Mister. He's not so nuts about dragons as I am, but he loves wolves. :)

It was taken a loooong time ago when we visited the Bavaria Film Studios.

It was also possible to sit on his back and meanwhile watch a video of yourself riding him through the clouds.

Why didn't I ever get to do that?!
If you also got a book with double ouroboros on it that would just be the end for me.

But no, I didn't. So I'm only half a Bastian Balthazar Bux, I guess.

I think you haven't seen the ficus for quite too long, Susan.
*Stashes snacks and a sketch pad behind the ficus incase Suz has to do a stretch*

But seeing that Melia has set up the Ficus perfectly for me, I will happily hang out there.
::winks at Melia::
*gives the thumbs up and wanders to the shower*

Ice cream? :-)

*passes over large bowl of ice cream*
*offers sugar and chocolate sprinkles*
What did you draw, respectively erase?

Okay, beer for the guys, Pina Colada for me.
(I begin to understand why they spend so much time here.)

I brought my own sixer and restocked the chilled glasses.
Martini, it was a few different sketches of a fox. I don't like how the eyes keep turning out.

Do you draw living foxes, or from your imagination, Susan?

I had already completed a frog for him, secretly, when he requested. Little turd.
I like that your friends helped a fox out. They are beautiful creatures.

For sure! And foxes are cute, too.

Couldn't you have changed the frog you already had to a frog munching a fox, with only its tail hanging out of the frog's mouth? Would've saved you some time, and your husband would still be getting a picture with a fox in it. ;-D
Phil, so you got to know them, too? ;-)

The frog was stylized like a vintage frog playing a banjo and was finished. All watercolored up and junk. No room for a fox or a box. I will do one of a fox all special-like for him since he is my love. He usually gets two cards from me, anyways.

Yesterday, said friends and me were doing some PR for our rescue center for injured and orphaned birds of prey, when we got a call from somebody who asked us where we were, because he had two animals that needed help. We expected him to bring us some fledglings, but it was two orphaned fox pups he had found; their mother was run over by a car close to the den. They are about six or seven weeks old.
Here they are:

Just a handful - and my hands are not that big:

This evening a vet will be checking them to see if they have parasites or diseases, to find out how their general condition is, and if they've got a chance to survive.

They'll get a deworming and continuous infusions, and we hope that this will improve their general condition.
Now there's one thing we have to consider: If the pups recover and we take care of them, they will get used to us and humans in general, and they'll never be able to live in their natural habitat again. The only way to avoid this is to only feed and clean them, without any further contact.
To me it would be very hard not to play with them and cuddle them, and my friends are not confident that they'll manage to do so as well. They then would have to keep the foxes just like pets, like the little one they once had. That is not a problem right now, because at the moment we've only got six birds of prey nursing cases, but considering that this number will increase to about twenty or twenty-five until summer, the additional attention the foxes will need might be too much.
We could give the pups to an animal shelter where they would be raised in a way that they can be released into the wild once they are fully grown.
This is a difficult decision.

Those are very cute pups, sad that one didn't make it :(

A mod is in charge of a GR group, a librarian can edit books.

That all depends on the group and your own attitude. Sock puppets and trolls = difficult.

You wouldn't have passed either if Sally hadn't pulled you over the wall.
