I have Cinder and Anna Dressed in Blood on my to-read list...read Divergent but not Insurgent (and of course, Harry Potter haha)...will have to add the rest to my to-read list! Thanks!
Nicole wrote: "Have you read anything by Tamora Pierce. Her heroines are all strong and independent."I agree! :D I love them! and her!
I've read the Alanna books, Trickster books, and Protector of the Small.
I've promised myself I will finally start the Bekka Cooper ones because I have been told they are amazing! :D
Her characters remind me of Graceling. <3
Have you read her Circle of Magic books? They are really good also.Or her series that starts with Wild Magic and has a girl that can talk to animals?

I'd probably enjoy them now! :D

I've been told Vampire Academy is pretty good especially in light of some poor-quality books that have come out recently haha. I think I will read that soon. Also started Percy Jackson series - it's very 12-year-old boys' book but I still like it and will finish the series.
I have borrowed a copy of Eragon and will start it during uni break. :D
Read HP, Twilight, Hush Hush and Fallen. Was not impressed with Fallen... :(
Vampire Academy is AWESOME! it's my all-time favourite book series and nothing-so far-has changed that. you have to read it and the spin-off series, I promise you-you wont be disappointed....
The Iron fey series by Julie kagawa!the 1st book is The Iron King
2nd The Iron Daughter
3 rd The Iron Queen
4th Ash's story! The Iron Knight
The Uglies series is really good, but only read the first three. I barely made it into the first couple pages of the fourth one before I gave it up.

Oooh I actually have The Iron Fey on my to read list so I will be borrowing that from my friend soon! :D

I've been told book 4 is a bit silly especially since it doesn't have the same main character in it so I shan't bother with it.

(just look how pretty the cover is!)
and Betrayal .
because, even though the settings for both these books are completely different from TMI/TID (they are medieval fantasy-ish), the characters (especially the guys) remind me of the guys we love from TMI/TID, and the female characters are strong and independent.
And these are either completed trilogies or books that already have at least 2 sequels, so you won't be dying from the need to know. I also suggest these books because they are a bit more under-rated than the books that most YA readers like us would've read (e.g. The Hunger Games, Delirium, Twilight, Divergent, Uglies, Matched, Fallen, Hush Hush... etc. face it, we've all read those already.)
Please give me suggestions too; I need something to do with my life while waiting for Clockwork Princess and City of Heavenly Fire.
