paganism in RE lessons

oh, this did make me giggle. I think teaching about paganism in RE lessons is a great idea, some people seem to think it would mean kids carrying our sacrifices before lunchtime...

Well I am onboard with the Guardian article, keep belief away from science – always! Separately learn a little about religion and our history thus rounding a child’s education about the world & the people in it.

Odone who the article refers to is one of the most irritating irrational people whose opinion I have ever had the misfortune to read

What particularly makes me laugh is that she is opposed to children learning about Pagenism & Christianity in school and says

‘Fear of being judgmental is so ingrained today that no one dares distinguish between occult and Christian values ‘

Well if Schools provide lessons explaining Occult Values and Christian values then we would all be in a position to distinguish between the two. – Problem solved really isn’t it!
