Wow. What's the temperature at Boston? Right now in KL it's 29 degrees Celsius which is not so bad but in the morning, it's about 32 degrees Celsius maximum...

To Kill A Mockingbird is just, meh...

Wrong Rooms, was the first gay book I read. It was touching and all. I'd put it in 'this is great' no-pun category :p

This looks like a good place to introduce two of my favorite Asian writers,
Tan Twan Eng - The Gift of Rain (about how a young English-Chinese boy is persuaded to work for the Japanese during the WWII Occupation in Malaysia)
Aravind Adiga - The White Tiger (a young men who grew up in extreme poverty has to compromise his belief and responsibility to gain wealth and respect)
