Changing the cover image of my book

It seems it wont go through due to it having the same ISBN number from before.

Librarians Manual wrote: "However, since an ISBN can only be used once in the database, leave the ISBN fields on your new edition blank then in the Description field, add a Librarian's Note: stating that it is an alternate cover edition and state the ISBN."

So how do I combine the two editions.

The author name needed to match on all editions, which it now does. I must apologize, though. When I merged the profiles, something odd happened to the resulting profile. I'm not entirely sure why, although it was probably my error. I was able to fix everything except your avatar (picture) and blog link. But if you just add those back (or link to them elsewhere and I can add them back), everything should be all spiffed up.

having trouble adding my new cover and deleting an existing one. Here is the direct link to the book I want to replace the cover on. I would prefer to not have multiple image editions. Should I delete the book from your database then resubmit it with its new cover to avoid multiple editions?

The book hasn't been published yet and that green cover looks very like a placeholder image and certainly nothing like the other books in the series. There is only one review "Can't wait!!!" so I would think we can probably change the cover on the existing book without too much trouble.

If you want to give us a link to the 'proper' cover...

It gets confusing when a thread linked to a specific book is also used for other books. I am closing this thread. Start new ones for other books.
