That is not the title of the book I want but i could not post without a title. I don't remember the title of the book. Romance set in the 1930s Kansas. A woman's parents are murderd in their store while she is upstairs.

A woman's parents are murdered in their country store by a gangster in 1930s Kansas while she is upstairs. Her aunt comes to live with her. Since the woman saw the gangster an FBI agent is sent to protect her. They fall in love and get married. The gangster is eventually killed in Chicago. I also remember a tornado happening in the book. That is all I remember. Thanks for your help.
