Combine editions, add authors for anthology

Hi,

There are two versions of this book:

One's the print and one's the ebook. Can they be combined?

Also, I noticed that not all the authors are listed on both. The full Table of Contents is on the publishers' website:

Would it be possible to get all the authors listed?

Looks like someone got the combine. Fixed the authors on both editions.
