About 12 hours into the audio book so far and love it. Still, I think "Backstoryon" would be a more appropriate title for this book.

I wonder if anything will happen after the backstories. I can just see a 'fade to black' after they all get up from the table.. ;)
Read the poem Hyperion by John Keats. It was essential that the title of the book be Hyperion.

Just took a look at the poem on www.bartelby.com. Seeing the length of the verse, I'll take one from the namesake of the site "“I would prefer not to.”
Honestly Simmons had destroyed any desire I ever might have had to read Keats.
