Colton Haynes. Look, he's even by the beach in his district. :) And he's close to the right age!
I really like the guy who plays the grown-up Finnick in this video, but that's unlikely to happen ;)
Not necessarily to 'play' him.
But I've always imagined Finnick to look something like Alex Pettyfer.
Besides, I've heard Garrett Hedlund is rumoured to play him. Don't know how true it is.
At first I was like "OH NO!".
But I'm actually warming to the idea now. lol

I imagined someone like Alexander Ludwig while reading the books, but that obviously can't happen because he played Cato in the first movie.
I think it should be Chris Hemsworth. He totally looks the part.
