Ok, I'll bite.While writing Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, the development of the plot fear Robert Louis Stevenson, he paused writing at night.
The first novel in the world is The Tale of Genji a Japanese tale, means the first novel in the world is from Asia!!! :) and it's written by a WOMAN!

Emily Brontë is said to had another novel written and her sister Charlotte is said to have burnt because she thought the content was too dark to publish! Rude!

Well there are a lot of books have written about middle east women, that they are suffering and all that. But nothing has ever done by any one at all. I am a Buddhist but i really caring about those women.I really pity them. And i really appreciate the author Jean Sasson for writing about them even though she is an American.

No, share as much as you feel like :) Interesting finds but as for CB burning Emily's "novel", Shanez perhaps you are referring to Gondal writings? I think she did that to protect Emily and Anne (she destroyed both their works.) But you are right. I do wish all of them were there so we could've got a better idea of Emily B.
