Darcy Scott (darcywrites) | 2 comments I can't access my author dashboard (author Darcy Scott: http://www.goodreads.com/Darcywrites). I usually access this through a computer shortcut in "my favorites" but now get a message saying "Oops, can't find that author." Another screen tells me I'm now signed in through my FB account and when I enter my email address it takes me to a screen to set up another account.

If I just search for my name I can pull up my profile page, but that's about it. Can someone please help me? I sent an email about this last week but have heard nothing back. I have a new book coming out in a few weeks and want to get the info up and run a giveaway.

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments Librarians do not have any control over author profiles. You need to post either in the GR Author Feedback group or the feedback group or email support for help.

Edit: I can get to your author page fine

Darcy Scott (darcywrites) | 2 comments Hi. I can get to my profile okay by just putting my name in the search box; I just can't change anything once I'm there (add events, do giveaways, or add newly published books), because I no longer seem to have access to my Author Dashboard. Is this something I have to contact tech support about and how do I reach them? Thanks for your time.

Darcy, you are logged in under a different account (with a different email address), not the one linked to your author profile. When you email support (if you have not already), you should include links to both accounts (http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/... and http://www.goodreads.com/user/show/53...). They'll be able to merge the accounts for you.
