If you want to know how to do something on GoodReads, post it here and see if someone knows the answer - or even a faster way!

If you are the moderator of a group, is there any way to view all of a certain members posts? When you are in the members listing and click on comments, gr takes you to their profile.thanks!
I know you used to be able to do this while looking under Members in the upper-right-hand corner, Melanie. However, that feature has been removed. The best thing to do would be to type the member's name into the search field (on the main page). However, don't do it on the Members page, as it won't work. (Instead, you can narrow down a member you are looking for there.) Hopefully, there are not other members by that name. Alas, if anyone types their name, or replies to their post, you'll get those also.
If you want to see how many comments a member has made, go to the Members page, or just roll you mouse over their avatar or name in any thread.
Thanks Lisa Kay. That is what I was afraid of. I thought you could click on comments and see that member's contributions. Appreciate the quick answer!
Nate, you can look and see if the topic has already been started somewhere...FYI: There are now Two Ways to Search!
By a word or name within a post (blue arrow), or by topic (red arrow)!
If not, you may Add a New Topic to a Folder.![]()
