Techie help? Making the webcasts more portable..

I hope this is allowable, please disregard if it's not!

Due to time constraints and internet access, I'm not able to catch the chats online and was hoping someone with a bit of
knowledge could help by either making the hangouts available to those of us who use portable devices by either ripping the sound to MP3 or making the webcast available as an MP4 so I and others like me can still listen in a podcast like capacity?

There are various Firefox addons that will turn a youtube video into an audio file. Search download in firefox addons, not sure what is currently working.

If you don't want to download an addon, this site converts youtube videos to MP3 files, so you just have to download the converted MP3 file. It works most of the time.
