Love it :)
Love it :)
Love your attitude to books Komet, it's a wonderful concept to give away books to your local library once you've read them.

Well done Despina:)

Finished my second today, so 1. Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James
2. The Midwich Cuckoos by John Wyndham (which I rated four stars, I quite enjoyed it, though didn't like it as much as The Day of the Triffids and it ended really suddenly)
Thinking I will read the second Fifty Shades book, but as it was delivered today it wasn't technically on my to-read list so maybe I just won't add it to this challenge!

Like an advancing, triumphant army liberating an oppressed country, I'm deep into reading Chips: The Diaries of Sir Henry Channon. 79 MORE PAGES TO GO!!!
Finished reading Chips: The Diaries of Sir Henry Channon a little over an hour ago. YAY! (On the whole, it was a wonderful journey.)
What did you think Davina? I haven't read it yet, but I've read all the others... a bit hesitant to read it actually.
Lynxie wrote: "What did you think Davina? I am kind of hooked now to see what happens. I wouldn't say I loved them. I do enjoy them and I think it's on par pace wise with the other ones in this series. Here is my review if it helps. http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...
Hmm... seems I'll probably jump on the bandwagon too and see what this one holds. It might be a while tho :D
Lynxie wrote: "Hmm... seems I'll probably jump on the bandwagon too and see what this one holds. It might be a while tho :D"Cool let me know when your finished. I'm to scared to talk to the die hard fans about it. Have you read any of her other ones like Grave Sight I think I like them more.
No I haven't Diana, I think I have one lurking around on my TBR list. I think I bought the first one to see what they were like, just haven't got around to reading it yet.Don't hold your breath waiting for me to read her latest one, could be 12 months till I get to it... Or longer :0
Good to see so many giving their TBR lists a workout.I finished Leah Giarratano's Vodka Doesn't Freeze the other day. Great read. I had to give up on the other book I was reading. http://tysonadams.com/2012/05/12/book...
I'm now reading Chris Ryan's The Increment.

Yep, and getting some of my own writing done too. Unfortunately only another week or so of holiday left. Curse work and its workiness.

Only a 1584 I think Brenda :D hahahI don't think I'll get to my 15 book goal, but that's ok. I'm into chapter 2 of my writing so I'm happy :D

Oh Lynxie!!! At least you're getting your writing done as well, that's very important! And any books off your TBR list are good!
I went through mine a few days ago, and reduced it from 651 to 503!! Still a lot, but better:)

I removed four books from my TR list this morning. But the moment was short lived, as I then found and added another five!
That's brilliant Brenda! I'm trying to not add any more to my TBR list. I closed down my topic offering reviews and I'm avoiding the 'recommendations' area on GR like the plague!! Now to just get another 18 hours added to the day for reading and writing and I'd be set :D
LOL Gina! I have done that before! It's a very short, but great feeling... then you get all warm and fuzzy when you think of the new books you just added!

Shoosh - don't mention the New releases!! *sneaks around* I'm avoiding them too by burying my head in the sand for the next 3 weeks!

I've slowed down, as I'm reading three at once (well alternating).
And yes, never ending is right. Popped around to visit a new friend's page, to thank them for accepting the friendship, and lo and behold, what do I see, but another good book! Just begging me to add it to my list! Who am I to refuse? ;)
