M | 11617 comments Alex, you could write a song: “I’m in the Nude for Italian Food.”

Kyra (Nikara) | 1221 comments Ducky wrote: "Number two.

This is gonna be easy, Kyra. You know me too well.
1) I have over 30 yellow rubber ducks.
2) I love watching flames.
3) I own flannel sheets."

Bit harder than you thought it'd be, JJ. But I'll go with three. Because you've showed me all your ducks, and you have, like, 200 including the yellow ones, and I'm guessing you like fire seeming as how you BURNED A HOLE IN YOUR OWN RUG!!!!!!!!! And it was in your room, too... XD

message 106: by Kyra (new)

Kyra (Nikara) | 1221 comments Oh, and mine was number 3. XD Mwahahaha!!!!!!! NONE of you guessed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLL... AHAAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, Al, PLEASE do that!!!!!!!!!!

Michelle | 181 comments Kyra wrote: "Um... number one???
And the answer to mine is #2!!!"

The answer to mine is #2

message 109: by Jocelyn (last edited Apr 29, 2012 03:38PM) (new)

Jocelyn (joc113) Actually, the correct answer is #1. I have 29 yellow rubber ducks. I have 12 other colors. Not to mention the 17 or so that aren't truly rubbery. That was pretty evil... *cue evil laugh* I love this game. XD

message 110: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments I had a suspicion that's what you were aiming at. I should've given a guess. Ah, well.

1) I'm drinking root beer as I type this.

2) I like Jane Austin books.

3) I haven't read all the Shannara books.

message 111: by Kyra (new)

Kyra (Nikara) | 1221 comments Dang, that's hard. I'll guess two, though.

message 112: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie (chasmofbooks) | 2875 comments Number one.

message 113: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments Actually, it's three. I just started the Measure of the Magic, which is the most recent Shannara story. It's ... amazing.

message 114: by Stephanie (last edited Apr 30, 2012 02:57PM) (new)

Stephanie (chasmofbooks) | 2875 comments Is it? Good. I have a bunch of Terry Brooks books to read myself.

message 115: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments You know how he can't seem to top his own Elfstones? Well, the first half of Legends, Bearers of the Black Staff, blew Elfstones out the water, and Measure of the Magic is turning out better than that.

message 116: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie (chasmofbooks) | 2875 comments The Elfstones of Shannara was the last book of his I read but I'll try to keep that in mind.

message 117: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments M, I think your discussion thread is a success.

message 118: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Is there a discussion thread? I’ve probably inadvertently hijacked a thread. I really need to shut off my computer when it’s time for me to go to bed.

message 119: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments I meant this game is a success. mea culpa.

message 120: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments 1. I love the Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis though I have not read the seventh book.
2.My dog likes to dance like Mick Jagger.
3.I have thrown up in church!

message 121: by Edward (last edited May 01, 2012 09:52AM) (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments Three seems to be the lie.

"mea culpa" is just Latin for "my fault."

And, actually, it should be "MEA CVPLA," but I think people would think I'm shouting if I use all capitals.

message 122: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Rhine wine is at the root of all sorts of irresponsible behavior. Even the Romans had a saying about it: “Post hock, propter hock.”

message 123: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Number 2 is the lie. Still listening to Sinatra?

message 124: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments There’s a weird one called “Where Do You Go?” on Sinatra’s No One Cares album (1959).

message 125: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Good. Forget I mentioned it. It’s a dismal song, and not very well sung.

message 126: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments I’m glad you can’t find it.

Good heavens! It’s 9:02 p.m. Nearly midnight. I’d better go below and climb into my cot. I hope you sleep well! Goodnight, pirates!

message 127: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments Heh, nearly midnight.

1. My mother stabbed herself.

2. I have read a Midsummer Night's Dream, but have not seen a performance.

3. I enjoy all of Tim McGraw's songs.

message 128: by Kyra (new)

Kyra (Nikara) | 1221 comments Um... three??? I dunno, the others just seem less likely to be dreamt up.

I have used ______ on a test before.
1) a calculator
2) an electronic pen
3) a mechanical pencil

message 129: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments Kyra was right. My mother was chisling lard out of tub when she stabbed herself in the hand, and I absolutely hate one song by Tim McGraw.

I'm going to say ... three.

I just had maybe three hours of sleep.

message 130: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments Number two was the lie! I don't think anyone got it!

My NEIGHBOR'S dog likes to dance like Mick Jagger. I don't own one. Lol.

message 131: by [deleted user] (new)

1) I can't draw.
2) I have been to the U.K.
3) I love Justin Bieber.

message 132: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments Please say three is the lie.

2. I once went flying with someone who couldn’t remember how to land the plane.

3. When I was a kid, my guitar instructor told my mother I was an ideal student.

message 137: by [deleted user] (last edited May 03, 2012 01:24PM) (new)

I'm going to go with three.

1) I ate Doritos and Coffee for breakfast.
2) I have fallen in love.
3) I never cry but once or twice a year.

message 138: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Jamie got it! My guitar instructor told my mother she was wasting her money, and he refused to give me any more lessons.

Okay, Jamie, I’m going to guess your #1 is the lie. Young people are always in love with somebody or other, but nobody eats Doritos for breakfast.

message 139: by [deleted user] (last edited May 03, 2012 02:25PM) (new)

I suck at guitar but i love playing so i persevere.

BAHAHA I ate doritos for breakfast. the 2nd is the lie. never been in love.

message 140: by Michelle (new)

Michelle | 181 comments 1. I always eat something with ham in it for lunch.
2. My dad once said that I will never amount to anything and kicked me out.
3. My hair is blue right now.

Can you guess which is the lie????

message 141: by [deleted user] (new)

message 142: by Michelle (new)

Michelle | 181 comments Ha! That's wrong. My parents only buy ham for my lunches. It's 2! My dad's not that mean, thank God.

message 143: by [deleted user] (new)

1) I am going to Tennessee for 5 and half weeks.
2) I am about to eat dinner.
3) I hate Taylor Swift.

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments Three is the lie.

message 145: by [deleted user] (new)

:D yep ur right. i can't not like her shes AMAZING!

message 146: by Kyra (new)

Kyra (Nikara) | 1221 comments I haven't been on this thread for a while. The answer to my post 202 was 3.

message 147: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments A mechanical pencil is a wonderful thing! I’ve never used one on a test, though. All I ever used were ordinary pencils or ballpoint pens.

message 148: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments I ... don't really take tests. I use whatever I find lying around prior to suddenly being told that I have to take one.

Tests ... weird things.

message 149: by Edward (new)

Edward (edwardtheresejr) | 2434 comments Let's see ...

1. I've had two cups of coffee today.

2. I shall write a third Lucian & Kane story this week.

3. I have more than three books checked out from the library.
