Ryan | 5334 comments Two?

message 1352: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Nope, that one is true. I get it all the time whenever I go to Subway. The lie was number three. I like French fries, but I can't stand rye bread.

message 1353: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments Haha, I should've guessed-that was a dead give away! Yum, now I'm hungry ;)

message 1354: by Garrison (new)

message 1358: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments Haha. I thought at first it was going to be true but I wondered "Wait a minute that sandwich doesn't make much sense..." Lol!

message 1359: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments I like French fries, but I can't stand rye bread. If it was sourdough bread, I'd definitely eat it. Hehe!

message 1360: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments Hmm. Interesting.

The following are oatmeal flavors I made myself. Or did I? (Sorry to sound so boring, hahaha!)

1. Milk, sugars, and walnuts.
2. Sweet and Salty. Pretzel sticks mixed with brown sugar and a dab of honey.
3. Natural Peanut butter and Chocolate Pieces.

message 1361: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say number two is the lie. Oatmeal and pretzel sticks? Such a strange combination. Hehe!

message 1362: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments Well, you guessed right Garrison! :)

message 1363: by Garrison (new)

3?

message 1378: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments I've lost track of who's turn it is ...

To answer Edwards which I think is still going Al's said 2 so I'll guess 3?

And to start us off again how about nick names..
I was called...

1) 'Gecko' by my climbing club
2) 'Smiler' by the Royal Marines I worked with
3) 'Pockets' by a crew I worked with at the BBC TV studio's

message 1379: by Caitlan (new)

Caitlan (lionesserampant) | 2869 comments I'm gonna guess 2? Gecko and Pockets sound like cool nicknames.

message 1380: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments Nope - the Marines did call me smiler !

message 1381: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments Number 3?

message 1382: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments Nope - they called me pockets because I fell over with my hands in my pockets one time and took half my face off - I looked like the Phantom of the Opera for a fortnight and kept scaring all the celebrities. From then on every time I put my hand in my pocket for any reason at work all the guys would shout "pockets - Pockets!"

We called our climbing group 'The Gecko's' for a climb the height of everest challenge - I wish they were calling me Gecko but I suspect they were probably shouting a slighting more x -rated version of 'get a move on slowcoach!' at me! We did come second though - so not too shabby.

message 1383: by Marie (new)

Marie (naturechild02) I'll give it a go.

1. I learned to drive a stick when I was 11.
2. I served 4 years in the NAVY.
3. I call my cats the way people call pigs.

message 1384: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments I'll go with number one since that's a little too young to learn how to drive a car, let alone a stick shift.

message 1385: by Marie (new)

Marie (naturechild02) Nope!

message 1386: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments Hi - I don't understand what 3 means so I'll say 3 ( and please explain!)

message 1387: by Marie (new)

Marie (naturechild02) Nope, answer is 2. I was only in the NAVY a year and a half.

I walk outside and yell loudly in a high pitched voice "HEEEEEEEEERE KITTY, KITTY, KITTYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!"
It's super loud and echoes for miles. Apparently, farmers call their pigs that way. There are even hog calling contests. I bet I'd win and every cat in five miles would come at a run!

message 1388: by Connie (new)

Connie D. | 656 comments Hopefully I'll remember to check this to see if anyone guessed it!

3. I won second place in a beauty contest.

message 1389: by Connie (new)

Connie D. | 656 comments Nope. #3 It was some stupid "most photogenic senior" contest put on by a local photographer when I was in high school. They didn't even ask permission...just stuck up a display somewhere and let people vote on it. It felt kinda creepy to me.
