Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Number two?

message 1102: by [deleted user] (new)

no....

message 1103: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Number three?

message 1104: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes, I only thought that once I think thought... But I do have diabetes.

message 1105: by [deleted user] (new)

New one...

message 1106: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments I have a poster on my wall of…

1. All That Remains
2. Hollywood Undead
3. Alice Cooper

message 1107: by [deleted user] (new)

All that Remains

message 1108: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Nope. I have the poster for their album "A War You Cannot Win" hanging right next to my computer.

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments 2?

message 1110: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Nope. I have a poster of Hollywood Undead's "American Tragedy" album right next to the All That Remains poster, which is weird because I've only heard one song from Hollywood Undead. The lie was me having Alice Cooper posters. I just never really got into his music. I'm not a fan.

message 1111: by [deleted user] (new)

Wait Alice Cooper's a guy?

message 1112: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Indeed he is, December. I thought he was a chick when I first heard his name too.

message 1113: by [deleted user] (new)

ok, he's a singer?

message 1114: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Yes, he is.

message 1115: by [deleted user] (new)

ok

message 1116: by [deleted user] (last edited Jul 22, 2014 07:15PM) (new)

I will give this a try XD

1. I am pretty much deaf in my left ear.

2. I have been admitted to a psychiatric hospital the year I was supposed to graduate high school.

3. I grew up as an only child but I have two siblings.

message 1117: by [deleted user] (new)

2

message 1118: by [deleted user] (new)

Yep!

message 1119: by [deleted user] (new)

ok, sorry my notifications are only working for 2 groups...

message 1120: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments My turn!

When I’m getting a haircut, one of the questions I hate being asked is…

1. What do you do for a living?
2. How come you don’t smile?
3. Where are you from?

message 1121: by [deleted user] (new)

1?

message 1122: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments 2?

message 1123: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments (Nobody minds saying where they’re from, unless they’re from Cleveland.)

message 1124: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Number three was indeed the lie. Even though it's a boring town, I have no qualms about telling people I'm from Port Orchard, Washington. M's little message about Cleveland made me giggle, though. Hehe! The first two were truths. I don't like telling people I'm unemployed and I don't like giving out forced smiles.

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments M wrote: "(Nobody minds saying where they’re from, unless they’re from Cleveland.)"

- You make me chuckle M - I don't know anything about Cleveland but now I really want to go there!

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments People may not know this but...

1. I once wanted a tattoo on my bicep.
2. I live in my dad's childhood home.
3. I broke my wrist attempting a form of the "XFL."

message 1127: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Number three?

message 1128: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments On “Car Talk,” Tom and Ray once made some crack about Cleveland, Ohio, that it wasn’t a place you wanted your car to break down.

message 1129: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay, I've not done this before so let's see if I can stump anyone:

1. I am the oldest of six children.
2. I played basketball in college.
3. I have five grandchildren.

message 1130: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments Garrison got it. Though I have broken my wrist it was never during any form of a sport.

message 1131: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments I'll guess number 1!

message 1132: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments I'll guess number three!

message 1133: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments No one has guessed the second one, so I’ll take that one.

message 1134: by [deleted user] (new)

Number 2 is the lie! I never went to college (just took a few classes at a junior college) and I am only about 5 ft. 3 in. and am not coordinated at all! haha!

I am the oldest of 6 children - I have 4 sisters and 1 brother. And, I do have 5 grandchildren -- 3 of my own and 2 step-grandchildren. I consider all of them mine though! They are the most adorable children on the face of the Earth! (Certainly not lying there!) :)

message 1135: by [deleted user] (new)

So, let's see if I can do this again:

1. I poked a wire coat hanger in my eye when I was about a year old.
2. My middle name is Kay.
3. I used to own my own business and it was called Read the Book.

message 1136: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments oh, I hope 1 is the lie - having had a child's finger in the eye I can only imagine how painful a coat hanger would be!!

message 1137: by [deleted user] (new)

Nicky, Number 1 is actually true. My Mom has told me the story many times. She was a very young Mom and was actually pregnant with my sister that is a year younger than me. She was ironing clothes and I crawled up on the bed where the wire hangers were and started twirling one around. She was laughing because I was giggling and then it happened in just an instant. She took me to the emergency room and my eye was swelled shut for several days. There was really no major damage (I scratched it pretty severely though) and that eye now looks similar to a "lazy eye". My vision is a little worse in that eye than the other. Thankfully, I don't remember any of it!

So, now I will let everyone guess between Number 2. and Number 3.

message 1138: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Ouch, Melissa! Owie, owie, owie!

Number two?

message 1139: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments I could imagine you owning a business wonder about the name though. Number 3?

message 1140: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes, my middle name is Kay. And, I have never owned my own business but I have always wanted to have my own little book store. "Read the Book" is just a name that popped into my head. IF I did have a book store I would have to come up with something more clever! :)

Thanks for guessing, guys!

message 1141: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Melissa Kay Andres. Has a nice ring to it! :)

My turn!

The most disgusting food item I’ve ordered at a restaurant is…

1. Spinach salad with meatballs and tuna
2. Hawaiian pizza with tuna and anchovies
3. A cup of ranch dipping sauce to drink

message 1142: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks, Garrison! Not too fond of my middle name but it'll do! Haha!

Gosh ... all of the choices you have offered up sound disgusting to me. I love Ranch but sure wouldn't want to drink it. I don't like anchovies at all. Man, I am going to go with Number 1. It honestly sounds the least disgusting but, you will have to reveal!

message 1143: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Actually, number one was my favorite thing to order at Subway since it was carb free. My sister-in-law Susan always told me that it looked like dog food when they finished preparing it. Hehe! So no, that's not the lie.

message 1144: by [deleted user] (new)

Ick! Dog food? Yuck! I guess I will give someone else a chance. Hmmmm....

message 1145: by [deleted user] (new)

Just a little FYI .. I just started a blog if anyone wants to friend and follow. (Dunno if it's appropriate to do this here or not -- just thought I would see if there was any interest). Thanks! :)

message 1146: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments Number two! It doesn't sound like a possible thing to order.

message 1147: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments CJ got it! Even if it was possible to order a pizza like that, I wouldn't want it because I don't like pineapple. Yes, of all the disgusting crap on that pizza, pineapple is the one thing that makes me gag the most. Hehe!

message 1148: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (last edited Aug 02, 2014 12:52AM) (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments Yes!

Sorry now Garrison has me on an idea now. This is purely opinion but...

A pizza that I LOVE is:

1. pepperoni.
2. broccoli and steak.
3. sweet peppers and ricotta cheese.

message 1149: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments The third choice?

message 1150: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4470 comments There may have been a third topping... however I have had it once and loved it! Not that one.
