Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Nicky: Filmmaker of the Year! :)

message 802: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments My turn!

When I was a little kid, I saw these people in concert:

1. Pantera
2. MC Hammer
3. Sting

message 803: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Hmm. I’m guessing three. Sting is the only one I recognize, and I’m from a bygone century.

message 804: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Anybody else?

message 805: by [deleted user] (new)

No. 2? I don't think you're a fan of rap music.

message 806: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments The lie was Pantera. As a kid, it didn't occur to me that MC Hammer might be a sell-out. I'm still a Sting fan, though. And Pantera? I wasn't introduced to them until I watched ECW for the first time.

Hi thanks but I don't want to big it up it wasn't blockbusters or anything and I did the sound; there's always lots of people involved, but it was fun and I miss it, especially being part of a crew - I miss the banter!

Awwh, I missed it...no fair! I'm on the wrong side of the planet!....someone do another one, so I can guess too!!!

message 809: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments Sorry, I missed that one too! I hope I'm not stealing someone else's turn.

1. I once lived in a tent for eighteen months straight.

2. I've lived in 35 different houses throughout my life.

3. I've lived in a house with an actress from the tv show Neighbours.

message 810: by georgiabread (new)

georgiabread 35 different houses is the lie

message 811: by [deleted user] (new)

No. 3, I think.

message 812: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Was it Emily Blunt? (I’ve never seen the show.)

message 813: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments Sadly not, M. That's what dreams are made of.

Neighbours is pretty big here and in the UK, I believe. It's been running non stop since 1985.

message 814: by [deleted user] (new)

Hahaha Emily, oh Emily, you are never far away :)

R, what's the lie?

message 815: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments Number 2 is the lie, Leslie. I've only lived in 34 houses...

message 816: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments You've led quite the interesting life, Ryan! :)

message 817: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments The pets I have include…

1. A blue parrot named Jake.
2. A black and white cat named Fat Bob.
3. A black schipperke dog named Willem.

message 818: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments 3 is the lie?

message 819: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Bzzt! Anybody else?

message 820: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments Hmm, I think Fat Bob's a good name for a cat so I'll say 1 - the parrot!

message 821: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Yep! Nicky got it! I don't have a parrot named Jake.

message 822: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments Hooray! Do you still have Bob & Will? ( Is fat bob the cat in your pic?)

Right then, how about this...

1) After a trip to a landfill site I turned green.
2) In an unfortunate dodgem car accident my knee went blue.
3) During a trip to Norway my hands turned bright red.

message 823: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments OOC: Yes, I still have Fat Bob and Willem. The cute little dumpling in my profile picture is Smokey. Ain't she cute? ^_^

IC: Number two is the lie.

message 824: by [deleted user] (new)

three's the lie....

message 825: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments Number 1 :)

message 826: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments And the answer is number 2 - well done Garrison! It went lots of different colours red, yellow, green, purple but not blue!

message 827: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments I won! Yay! A multi-colored knee, huh? Sounds trippy!

In the highly unlikely event that I have a son, I’d want his name to be…

1. Ivan Cody
2. Marcus Bryan
3. Larry George

message 828: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments 3 is the lie.

Why unlikely? There's a lid for every pot, mate ;o)

message 829: by [deleted user] (new)

Hmm, 1?

message 830: by georgiabread (new)

georgiabread 3

message 831: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Ryan and GGG were right: I would never call my son Larry George as those two names are outdated. As far as why me having a son is unlikely goes, I'm not really a kids person. I have a 10-year-old niece named Reina and she drives me nuts on a regular basis.

message 832: by Nicky (new)

Nicky (soundgirl) | 1388 comments Ah, yes, but you'll find it's different with your own. If anyone had said to me a few years ago that I'd want to give up everything I'd worked for and give my right arm just to be a able to be a stay at home Mum - I'd have said they were nuts, but things change!

message 833: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments 1. I’ve spent a night at a hotel in Paris, but it was a long time ago, and I don’t remember anything about it.

2. As a child I scaled limestone cliffs, unsupervised, sometimes hanging six or seven stories above the ground.

3. I read Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four when I was in third grade.

message 834: by [deleted user] (new)

No. 1! Ah wait, I haven't read the rest :P

Nicky, I agree! :)

message 835: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments The third one is a lie.

message 836: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Garrison got it! Nobody reads Nineteen Eighty-Four in the third grade (unless there’s a comic book version).

message 837: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Hehehehe! Comic books. Good one, M!

During moments of mind-numbing boredom, I like to make lists of…

1. Potential Character Names
2. DVD’s I Want
3. Blog Topics

message 838: by [deleted user] (new)

2 is a lie

message 839: by [deleted user] (new)

2?

message 840: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments You're both winners! I haven't watched a DVD since...forever! I do all of my movie watching in the theaters.

message 841: by [deleted user] (new)

So who does the next thing? Both of us??

message 842: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Anybody can do it.

message 843: by [deleted user] (new)

ok

message 844: by [deleted user] (new)

1.I once met a famous author
2. I'm the oldest in my grade
3. I've been on a date before

message 845: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10110 comments Number two?

message 846: by [deleted user] (new)

nope

message 847: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments I’m guessing three is the lie. If you hadn’t met a famous author, the first one wouldn’t have occurred to you.

message 848: by [deleted user] (new)

Yup, I met Soman Chanani last Wendesday

message 849: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments I'll guess 1 then.

message 850: by Ryan (new)

Ryan | 5334 comments Oops! Too late :)
