I am wondering the same thing. Its just sad.

I think it was really disrepectful too. Mike is dead and still they don't feel any grief but standing there and laughing about it.

I liked how they accepted Paul and treated him like a starting player instead of someone who stood on the sidelines.

Because it puts a lot of pressure on mikes younger brother, who is in the story the whole way through.
