Stephen Amell from Arrow but I also wouldn't mind Kellan Lutz as Travis.
i was looking through BD fans opinions about who could be travis and i think this spanish actor named Mario Casas would be perfect as Travis Maddox

The actor who may play Travis must be in his early 20's because he has to look really young. It's not just the tattoos. That can be added afterwards. He's also got to be a strong leading actor, not just a pretty face. Possibly Nicholas Hoult? I would love a foreign actor to play Travis and learn the American accent well. He also needs to be in top physical shape! I do like some of your suggestions ladies, good eye!
Any actor that can get it right on how hes suppost to act and look (Not someone that gets it just because thier popular and have a large fan base)
