"Exactly..." Laya struggled down the hill and hid her behind the trees and jogged back uphill.

Lyla helped her pick up people and take them away.
((by the way who all is trapped?))
((by the way who all is trapped?))
((Umm... I think everyone... Let's see, people at DQ... Trin, Lyla, Laya, Christy, Shane, Jade, Sarah... I think that's all... So, Trin, Shane, Jade, and Sarah are unconscious))
When they were done laya slumped against a tree. "What now?"
When they were done laya slumped against a tree. "What now?"
"i don't know but we need to get out of here."
((i gotta go))
((i gotta go))
(((sobs) bye!!))
"I know... How? We can't go back and forth carrying everyone..."
"I know... How? We can't go back and forth carrying everyone..."
"is there a car anywhere near here? we could steal it and bring it back later"
"The only car I had I crashed... Couldn't they have waited for our car shopping trip to come!?"
"well do they have a car? we could take theirs."
"yes! get us as far away from here as possible. thank you!" Lyla said
"sure. lemme just bring it over" Kayla said. She ran to the car started it and drove over to them, "Hop in!" She yelled out the window.
Lyla carried everyone and put them in the car
((i gotta go be back tomorrow))
"Anywhere... How can you see in this?" Laya asked, panicking. "How did you know where to find us?"
"Ok...well...uhm....I can animorph and yeah so i heard you guys..." Kayla said slightly panicking as to what they would think of her.
Laya raised her eyebrows. "Really? Interesting... well, I'm sorry, but you're going to have to leave, too. They'll be after you, too."
Laya pursed her lips. "I'm not exactly sure... I just know they're after people like us... and that's our gym teacher who we had to drag downhill because we couldn't pick him up and I don't know when he'll wake up and he tried to warn us but we thought he was after us..." Laya took a deep breath. "And now that they know what we do, they won't stop."
Christy rubbed her neck. "I'm gonna kill that lady." she bowed her head, ashamed. "I should have killed her when I could have. I'm sorry..."
Kayla started driving. "Ok then. Well I know the perfect place to go, but it's a little far away." She looked back at Christy, "You ok?" She asked.
Christy shrugged. "I'll never be ok, as you say." she smiled ruefully. "But I'll survive the ordeal."
"Christy, there's nothing to worry about. None of us could have... I sent the strongest jolt to both of them, stronger than the kind that got me this power, and she felt nothing. The man only got down on his hands and knees and got back up shortly after that..." Laya shook her head.
Dr. Snow got back to where he had left Dr. Rebbel and stared at her. "Where did the elementals go?" He asked, seemingly calm.
Dr. Snow got back to where he had left Dr. Rebbel and stared at her. "Where did the elementals go?" He asked, seemingly calm.
Kayla smirked upsettingly, "I know what you mean." She drove this way and that until they finally reached the destination, an old warehouse covered in moss and surrounded by trees. The drive was 3 hours long.
Christy looked at the warehouse approvingly. Suddenly, she sprinted about 1 mile down the road. Summoning her fire, she toasted a tree, leading the other way.
Laya watched as they pulled up. They could only hope that the scientists hadn't seen them. "Thank you so much, Kayla. And I'm sorry that you ended up getting roped into all of this." She looked up at the sky and let the lightning die off. It wasn't doing anything anyway.
Kayla cocked her head to the side while watching Christy.I'm gonna have to get use to these type of peopleshe thought.
She looked back at the others, "We're here." She smiled.
Christy sensed her stare and answered simply. "To throw them off our track." She grinned. "Don't worry. I'll only hurt you if you get me mad." she smiled sweetly. "But you won't do that, will you?"
Laya watched Christy and followed her. She left the markings of a lightning bolt farther down the way. "Good idea... I guess it's a good thing you learned how to survive the way you did..."
Christy laughed. "Yeah, it comes in handy down the road, I've noticed. I just didn't think like this..."
Kayla smirked at Christy, "Oh of course not. And even if I did you wouldn't be able to catch me."Kayla pranced inside the warehouse and turned on the giant lights that led down the 92 foot long ceiling.
Christy looked at her with disbelief in her eyes. "Yeah right..." she muttered to herself, following her down into the warehouse.
Laya walked into the warehouse. "Huh... yesterday we were going to DQ, talking, laughing... and now... well, now we're on the run..." Laya slumped against the wall.
"It's ok. Here you don't have to run because the thing is..no one can see this warehouse but people like us. It's confusing yet easy to explain." Kayla said and pushed some buttons on the wall..."Oh and Christy, I heard that."
Kayla raised her brows at her. "No need to get fussy. However, you can't fly now can u?" She smirked.
"Really? Are there more places like this?" Laya asked, tilting her head.
"Only 3 others. All created by my parents, or well my mom." Kayla said to Laya. She looked at Christy, "My point is that since I can fly you cannot catch me." She smiled at her.
"Is your mom in town?" Laya stood up quickly, ready to take the car and drive back to get her.
Christy looked away, trying to control her anger. She didn't want to start hulking out all of the sudden.
Laya turned to Christy. "It's all good, Christy. Calm down..." She laid a hand on her shoulder.
"Uhm well no..she's in.....uh....Mexico. but she'll be back tomorrow." Kayla told Laya. She got up and sat over by Christy. "I'm sorry." She smiled at her.
Christy took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. "I'm gonna go get some food." she muttered darkly.
Laya looked at Kayla suspicsiously but didn't question her.
"I'll go with you. I know what plants are edible..."
"I'll go with you. I know what plants are edible..."
Christy just nodded. She went out into the woods, and began making a knife. She wouldn't have time for a bow and arrow.
Laya stood there and watched Christy. "I know it bothers you, her being able to change into flying animals, but we have bigger things to worry about."
