"Hi! I may very well be moving to junior year." Laya smiled. "I'm supposed to follow one of my friends today and then take a big test tomorrow. So I'm following you. I'm your stalker today."

Laya rolled her eyes. "Then I'm your follower, Almighty one."
Laya laughed. "And I wasn't?" She playfully pushed her back.
Laya laughed. "OK, now, before you kill me, what class is next?"
Laya nodded her head and followed Christy through a classroom door. "Looks the same as sophomore classes... I somehow expected more." She shook her head.
"I know... I still expected more, though." Laya grinned. "So far, no comments on my hair. Unlike my last school, I think this school is OK with it." Laya laughed slightly and sat down in an empty desk.
Laya barked out a laugh. "Puh-leeze" Laya joked. She leaned in and whispered to Christy. "I zap people and have blue hair... and a lot of the staff here have heard of me. I am out of the ordinary." She straightened up in her seat as class started.
Laya listened to the teacher. She knew most of this stuff, but the first few days of school were review days, anyway. She finished the work with ease, and listened to what the teacher said. Her mind started to drift off after awhile, but she didn't really know where it went.
Christy noticed that Laya was starting to fade out a little bit, so she chucked an eraser at her.
Laya felt something hit her arm and looked at what it was. An eraser... she looked up and grinned sheepishly at Christy.
Laya shrugged, trying to tell her that she didn't know. Which she didn't. She watched the teacher, occasionally looking at the schedule times next to the door and the clock.
Laya glanced at Christy to see her shooting her a look and tilted her head. What was it? She looked forward and saw the teacher look at her. What did she do?
Oh... She thought. Questions... she'd never been good at being put on the spot before. But she hadn't told him who she was. How did he know who she was? Maybe she was better known than she thought she was... The bell rang and she grabbed her homework.
"Sorry..." She muttered to Christy, wrinkling her nose.
"Sorry..." She muttered to Christy, wrinkling her nose.
"Yeah, that I do..." While passing the teacher she glanced at him. "Sorry..." She muttered. When they were in the class she turned to Christy. "I'm not good with being put on center stage, or with teachers..."
"And yet somehow, I can talk to complete strangers if they're no older than me by 3 years... so, if you're older than 19, I don't do so well with talking to you..." Laya shook her head. "Did that make any sense at all?"
Christy thought about it. "I don't know... some people are more attentive than others, I guess."
"Yeah... for example, you're more attentive then me..." Laya looked up. "Which class is this? I'll try to pay more attention!"
"I thought lunch was after third period.. that was only two... or did that test take longer than I thought?"
"Oh... I'm a bit slow today..." Laya got in line and grabbed a tray. "Wonder what they have... I'll pay for your lunch, if you'd like."
"OK." She brought her food through the line and sat down at a round table.
Christy grabbed one of the plates that vaguely resembled meat. "Yum," she muttered sarcastically, "cafeteria food."
Laya laughed. "I'll set an alarm tonight that'll get us enough time to either run to DQ or make a lunch."
Laya laughed again and took a bite of her PB&J. "A really good idea... they don't give much of an option here for vegetarians..."
Christy picked at her food. "Yeah, well, they don't have much of an option for meat eaters either. But they've got a great selection for aliens!"
"Yes, they do... And I think we should fit that category well enough, but we're not too far out. This is... Mars food..." Laya shook her head and looked at something that resembled soup... "I can't tell if it's jello or soup..."
Christy bent over and sniffed it. She gagged. "I don't think it's either. It vaguely resembles rotting food though!"
Laya smelled it too and covered her mouth. "Well, I think I've had enough lunch for one day..." She dumped her tray. "Only two more periods to live through..."
"Yeah, it does... but it will pass by quickly... depending on the classes and people in the classes... What do we have next, anyway?" Laya tilted her head. So far so good... no gym...

Sarah sat by Christy. "So how are your classes going?" she asked. She prodded something that resembled spaghetti but looked more like worms.
((YAY!! just so you know, in this Warrior Cats rp, your mate just had kits))
Christy shrugged. "Passed all with flying colors..."
((brb, be back on in like 7 min))
Christy shrugged. "Passed all with flying colors..."
((brb, be back on in like 7 min))
"Cool." Sarah said sawing through the glob on her plate. "What do you have next? I think I have gym. "
