Twilight is what got me back into writing YA paranormal stories again. I read Twilight right after a really horrible breakup in high school, when I felt like I didn't have the capacity to love anything--not even a book. It spun my life a 180 and a year later I'd written my own YA paranormal novel that FINALLY after 4 years of publishing and agent research, will be released by small press WiDo Publishing next year!The books were AMAZING! Twilight was my favorite. New Moon was great as I loved the werewolves, but it hurt to read because I knew what Bella was going through. The only difference was Bella chose a truly good guy... I didn't. Eclipse I liked a lot, but it wasn't my favorite. Breaking Dawn (spoiler alert here) I didn't like because when you're 17 you don't really want to think about pregnancy much less being pregnant with what could be a monstrous vampire baby.
Overall, it will always be my favorite series of all time. Hunger Games quickly follows on its heels, along with the Hush Hush saga!
so here you could discuss with other fans what you guys liked, hated and wanted more of this series!
i know i liked the romance ^=^ in twilight, but hated new moon, because i felt it was really boring and i wanted the author to express bella's talent more and perhaps introduce it earlier and show how she got to control it :D
so what do you guys think??
