Not unless a librarian links here asking for their work to be checked -- or if something comes to our attention as a possible problem.
Welcome. :)

Welcome. :)

It's good to know that not only am I trusted, but also you didn't say," What do you mean you scanned copyrite material and then colored on it before posting it!"
(Don't worry, I used a professional paint program. Like me it's at least fifteen years out of date but still gets the job done.)
I think I did OK and I'll do another review during the next few weeks as I'm prone to typos. Only about forty of the 200 or so of "my books" needed changes so it won't be a problem.
Thanks again for boosting my confidence!

Personally, I love seeing the wear marks on cover image in goodreads. giving it a personal touch of books owned by members and read repeatedly, and scanned and uploaded manually.
but that's just me. :)
1. Adding descriptions from the back covers if there isn't one (or in one case replacing a negative review with a synoposis).
2. Adding cover photos, or replacing undersized photos where someone has posted a thumbnail. I scan the cover, digitally remove wear marks and size it to the standard I've found with other books.
3. Adding whatever missing info I notice such as page numbers.
In reviewing the changes I did find and correct spelling errors I made, and as I reread my books (five year cycle) I'll keep checking. Do any senior Libraians check changes in case I inadvertently did something real dumb and didn't catch it?
If not I guess I'll just keep checking my own work and continue the process as I add more books. (12 more coming in the mail this week.. woo hoo!)
I just want to make sure I'm doing this right!
