In a letter to your younger self, what would be your best advice?

message 2752: by Elias (last edited Jun 18, 2016 06:15AM) (new)

Elias Zanbaka | 862 comments Keep doing what you're doing, no matter how thankless it may appear at first and always listen to your gut [and I mean REALLY listen to it]!

Same question [I really like these types of questions].

message 2753: by Suz (new)

Suz | 4428 comments Finish what you start. Don't give up. Work hard and persist.

Susan (goodreadscomsusanaustralia) | 452 comments Yes, we were locked out of the house a few weeks ago. My husband lost his keys while we were out shopping, and I didn't have mine with me. He used our house's wi-fi to look up the number of a locksmith on his iPhone.

message 2765: by Elias (last edited Jun 23, 2016 04:26AM) (new)

Elias Zanbaka | 862 comments The worm might've thought the lettuce was the fruit!

I'd like to think I'd try it but I don't think I'm that adventurous and exotic with my tastes! Sounds interesting though...kinda.

If a book was written about your life story, what would the title be?

message 2766: by Suz (new)

Suz | 4428 comments Looks like I can't read tonight how bad is that. I also can't decipher that coffee term so my answer according to google would be a resounding no.

Do you consider yourself to be easy going?!

Suz | 4428 comments Snap. My title would be 'I Forget'.

message 2797: by Neko (new)

Neko Hmm..I meant music not actual jam ;p

Apparently I have a glare that I don't always know I'm giving..lol I've been told it doesn't look very nice.

Same question?

message 2798: by Elias (last edited Jul 08, 2016 02:38AM) (new)

Elias Zanbaka | 862 comments Haha, I know. The last part of my answer was just my failed attempt at being a smart ass, hence the little wink at the end.

I actually have two:

One of them relates to what I just said above in that sometimes people can never tell when I'm joking/being sarcastic or being serious [hopefully, I didn't annoy you as well!].

Another one is that I do this high-pitched impersonation of my younger brother, making him sound like some pre-pubescent kid [he's in his twenties] that he doesn't find too flattering.

What gets you really excited?

message 2799: by Neko (new)

Neko I did wonder by the wink at the end but I wasn't completely sure..lol :p Oh and no it didn't annoy me...I have a humour like yours but I only tend to show that IRL (I love watching things go over peoples head) and make jokes in the internet more obvious xD

Various beer releases and the fact we're getting more craft beers from all over the world now...I used to be into craft beers YEARS ago before it was 'fashionable' but I stopped cause the Aussie craft selection I didn't enjoy as much..However, overtime the Aussie craft scene has really changed and I'm enjoying it A LOT more than I was.

Is there anything you stockpile?

message 2800: by Elias (new)

Elias Zanbaka | 862 comments Looks like I'll have to take notes next time with jokes on the internet.

I can't really say I stockpile anything except for saving up money just in case of emergencies.

Last silly thing you found yourself laughing at.
