Author hated as a child?

message 1218: by [deleted user] (new)

I can't recall hating any authors as a child. I had to read Future Shock by Alvin Toffler in High School and I struggled with it first time through. It took 3 readings before I could say I liked it.

It would take me pages and pages to list the authors that I loved to read as a child.

What is the book you recommend to friends most often?
