haha I love cool runnings!
I dont measure distance when I run for exercise, I just go around the oval for hours. The longest distance for recorded running can think of is 800m for school (came first for the last couple of years), but the longest is obv. wayyyy more than that.

Worst thing: Hmm...In terms of guilt, once last year I was out with friends and we bought (and ate) KFC, Hungry Jacks, chips, icecream, sushi and pancakes. In the space of 90-120ish minutes. Suchhh a pig :P

If you could adapt any book to screen, what would it be?

umm...I dunno haha. Probably a few years ago when I was in Paris. I sort of wondered away from my parents (like 100-200 meters or so). There was some guy selling cheap souvenirs on the street who started following and me and hassling me. He wouldn't leave me alone, and when I tried to get away quickly he grabbed my wrist and pulled me close to him, then started feeling my butt. I ended up running pretty quickly, and some nice tourists started having a go at the guy. Yeah, thats it.
