message 3209: by Taliah (new)

What's your favorite Dr.Suess book?

message 3210: by [deleted user] (new)

(Nah, Taliah, Monster Mash is awesome, and it's almost October. You need no excuse. XD)

Another hard question! Maybe The Cat in the Hat, because it holds the best memories for me. Green Eggs and Ham is another wonderful one, though.

What are three words that describe your current emotions?

Taylor | 0 comments Crap?

How does one manage an anxiety attack?

message 3212: by Taliah (last edited Sep 24, 2012 11:58PM) (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments Not very well. Usually just by waiting for it to pass, and trying to behave normally in the meantime.

Have you ever hit anyone (because you were angry, not just because it was a game or whatever)?

message 3213: by Dana (new)

Dana (danachewy) | 735 comments No.

Most confusing movie you've ever seen?

message 3218: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
Oh boy. I don't know, because I tend to just totally forget movies/books I didn't understand. Um. I remember one time watching this movie that was like, just about these two girls wandering around in the woods and then they met this random guy and moved into this cabin where he lived or whatever. And then one of them shot the guy for what seemed like no reason at all. And at that point I stopped watching it because nothing in it made any sense. Don't know what it was called. XD And this was years ago so I don't remember it very clearly ...

Same question?

message 3219: by Emma (new)

Emma (emmathelemon) Inception. Does anyone truly understand it first time around? Don't get me wrong, I think it's a fab film. Just impossible to get your head around :P

If you could have any skill that you don't already have, what would it be?

message 3220: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Uhhhh... I guess The Prestige was pretty confusing. I mean, I understood it after a while, but it took some time. Haha.

Do you have any posters on your walls?

Not exactly posters, but magazine cut-outs ... I have a cut-out of James Dean and one of Adele. And an advertisement for "Mad Men." Plus some other pieces of artwork and postcards and whatnot.

If you could be any animal, what would it be?

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Only on the trampoline, and never landing on my feet.

Have you ever done gymnastics?

message 3224: by Taliah (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments At primary school we found some mats in the old shed, so we hid behind the toilets and practiced sumersaults and handstands and anything else we could think of. Apart from that, no.

What was the last book you read?

message 3225: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments Um eyedeekay. Right now I'm reading Persuasion, by Jane Austen. It always makes me cry ;(

message 3227: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Yes, two ... My great-grandma's and my uncle's. I was really little for both of them though and I didn't know either of them very well.

What's your most embarrassing obsession?

message 3228: by Emma (new)

Emma (emmathelemon) I chop up apples and put them in the microwave until they're mushy. Then I eat them with cinnamon :) it's just so... weird!

If you could live in any era apart from now, what would it be?

message 3229: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
((Dude that's not weird, that's DELICIOUS.))

Umm well I don't know, I like living now for the most part. XD But if I had to choose, I guess I would go with the 20's. I just find that era very intriguing––what with the speakeasies and the flappers and jazz and stuff. It just sounds very exciting. And the fashion was AWESOME. :)

Do you have anything in your pockets right now?

message 3230: by Dana (new)

message 3233: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
Haha, I'd probably do the same thing. If I could just have like an empty void of time to get all my homework done, that would be great. :P

Do you like the rain or hate it?

message 3234: by Emma (new)

Emma (emmathelemon) Gosh, there is NEVER enough time to do homework!

It depends on whether I know I'm going to get a hot bath at the end :)

What's your favourite thing to eat that isn't really the 'norm'?

message 3235: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments What would be the norm for food? I guess I like some of the Indian food my mom makes, haleem or seviyan. (Bet you never heard of those before!)

message 3236: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments Have you ever tried Indian food?

message 3239: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
Ahhh no. I'm straight, as far as I know ... But I'm, like, immune to relationships and sex kind of terrifies me in general. So yeah. It's complicated.

What kind of shampoo do you usually use?

message 3240: by [deleted user] (new)

Pantene, because most other shampoos make my hair greasy.

Mary Kate Wiles.

Have you taken the ACT/SAT yet?

message 3242: by Taliah (new)

What do you put on your toast?

message 3243: by Dana (new)

Do you have a weird habit?

message 3244: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Are you allergic to anything?

message 3245: by Emma (new)

Emma (emmathelemon) Ugh I feel for you...

Going skiing (if I'm extremely lucky) or a weekend away in Prague. It's suprisingly cheap :P

Whose's your bestie and why? ^_^

message 3247: by [deleted user] (new)

are you a good writer

message 3248: by Anastasia (new)

Anastasia (booksteainsanity) | 955 comments Well...I don't know if I'd consider myself a good writer. I mean, I know I'm surely not the best, and that there are definitely people out there more talented than I. But, if you asked me, I could go into one of my stories and pick out at least several pages that I thought were "well written."

About how often do you write?

message 3249: by [deleted user] (new)

Until now, I went through a long period of time where I hardly wrote at all. I would go weeks or months without writing a single word in a story. Dark times, man. Dark times.

How long does it take you to fall asleep?

^Same.

That all depends on how tired I am. Normally, no more than forty-five minutes. But sometimes, I just can't sleep, and those are usually the times I need it most. :/

What is your favorite book and why?
