I'm indifferent, as I haven't read the books or watched the movies.

Do you think that your writing will be published someday?

message 252: by Jo (new)

Jo (Penname8) | 1574 comments Maybe, I have some contacts.

How come you haven't read the hilariuos Percy Jackson books?!

message 253: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I've never gotten around to it, I guess. I'm not really sure why I haven't. They never really caught my interest.

What would your ideal boyfriend/girlfriend be like?

message 254: by Jo (new)

Jo (Penname8) | 1574 comments Reasonably good-looking, kind, reasonably smart, with a sense of humor, enthusiastic, understanding.

Ice cream or yogurt?

message 255: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Most of the time, ice cream. Unless it's yogurt from a self serve place.

When was the last time you took a shower?

message 256: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Tonight, Tonight by Hot Chelle Rae.

Any nervous habits?

message 257: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
AUGH I HAVE NO CLUE. I have enough trouble giving fictional characters names. I'm going to spend days figuring out what to name my first child and then regret whichever one I pick.

Have you ever been in a wedding?

message 258: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I haven't! What's it about? (I'm trying to finish all of the Vlogbrothers videos first before I check out some of their other projects. I'm still in October of 2007.)

What is your greatest fear?

message 259: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
(Oh, that sounds cool! It's definitely something I can see myself getting into.)

Hmm. Not really. I had a fictional boyfriend for a while. xD And then I "dated" my friend Alex for about two weeks Freshman year but it was the most pointless relationship ever.

Have you?

message 260: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Ever dated anyone?

message 261: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
*laughs* Pahaha. Cooties.

Hm. Sort of yes, sort of no. I love America and all the opportunities we have here. I love the democratic government. I love the cities and the landscapes and a lot of the people. I don't like how so many Americans are self-centered and obsessed with pop culture. I don't like the way a lot of Americans think they're better than everyone and I hate the sense of entitlement here. It depends, really.

How would you handle fame?

message 262: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
THOMAS JEFFERSON. He's my favorite president. Mainly because he founded the Library of Congress and was a hipster before it was cool. He'd wear mismatching and out of style clothing on purpose. <3

Are you a good singer?

message 263: by Naomi (new)

Naomi (purplebookdragon) | 1705 comments i wish i could dance.

what is the one thing that you feel like you're very good at?

message 264: by Naomi (new)

Naomi (purplebookdragon) | 1705 comments i have no idea. there isn't a one thing that stands out. i had a really good childhood though. it was fun.

what are your top ten favorite songs?

message 265: by Colby (new)

Colby (colbz) | 3211 comments The meaning of it all.
IDK how I'd use it, except to be happy.

Favorite shoe company?

message 266: by Naomi (new)

Naomi (purplebookdragon) | 1705 comments nike

what is your biggest fear?

message 267: by Naomi (new)

Naomi (purplebookdragon) | 1705 comments i dont think so. the whole idea creeps me out.

would you?

message 268: by Katherine (new)

Katherine | 30 comments no

Do you believe in the after life?

message 269: by Annemarie, hi (new)

Annemarie Carlson (annielawlz) | 3393 comments Mod
Nope.

Do you like Lost?

message 270: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I have never watched it, but my friend used to be obsessed with it so she would tell me what each episode was about. It sounded intriguing.

Have you ever had a surgery?

Hmm. Today in school my friend Matt came out into the hall in between class when I was grabbing my wallet and he said, "What's up, Ms. Attractive?" and then I, being a complete ditz, said, "Pretty good." *facepalm* THAT DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE QUESTION. I don't take being complimented very well. Especially because today I was wearing a t-shirt and had my hair in a ponytail so it was probably a joke. :P It doesn't sound very awkward but IT WAS.

What is your favorite ship?

message 274: by Colby (new)

Colby (colbz) | 3211 comments (I'll remember that when we meet in person, the best way to greet you will be to go WASSUP SEXXAYYY?)
(Also guys often think girls look good regardless of what they're wearing.)
Titanic/Iceberg.

Favorite bookstore?

message 275: by Autumn (new)

Autumn (flwurautumn) | 4987 comments (HAHAHA.)

My favourite book store is this one that is like four hours away from my house. It's this teeny tiny book store that I went to when I was on a school trip in February, and I wish I could go back. I wanted to live there forever.

Least favourite colour?

message 276: by Katherine (new)

Katherine | 30 comments white

if you could live anywhere, where would you go?

message 277: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
(*facepalm* Yeah, if you want to see awkwardturtle Lav. I'm a tad bit socially inept sometimes. xD)
(FANTASTIC. *throws any sense of style to the wind* Bahaha.)

Right now, California.

How would you handle fame? (Since nobody answered this question earlier, I'm asking it again.)

message 278: by Colby (new)

Colby (colbz) | 3211 comments I wouldn't be bothered by it but I also don't think I would LOVE it. I mean I'd like people telling me OHHAIYOURBOOKISAMAZING. But I would not like people being like OHHAIIWANTTOLICKYOU. (Unless they were super attractive *legal* girls.) Assuming that I ever get crazed fans.

Guitars or ukeleles?

message 279: by Autumn (new)

Autumn (flwurautumn) | 4987 comments Um. I think I would be super awkward about it. Like when people try to ask me questions like Ellen DeGeneres always asks people who they're dating, I'd be like, "Does my bed count...?" And yeah and stuff. I don't like attention from regular people let alone strangers that think I'm cool when I'm not.

Do you subscribe to a magazine?

message 280: by Colby (new)

Colby (colbz) | 3211 comments Ummmmmm....um....no.

Favorite book genre?

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I do! Teen Ink. It's pretty neat. Even though the people who run it steal your rights. But I still enjoy reading it and my mommy got it for me for my birthday.

And to answer Colby... YA. xD

Do you know a writer in real life?

message 282: by Colby (new)

Colby (colbz) | 3211 comments Not like a big name author. But my teacher's an author of short plays and I love them.

Do YOU know a writer in real life?

message 283: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
HOLDEN! :D But... not someone published. Well, my mommy is a writer. But she's a medical writer so she writes technical things. ALTHOUGH she got a short story published in a woman's inspirational book a couple of years ago! The short story is about me so I'm kind of famous.

Do you watch anime?

message 284: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Brian Yorkey. No doubt.

Most overrated writer?

message 285: by Colby (new)

Colby (colbz) | 3211 comments Late in the winter of my seventeenth year, my mother decided I was depressed, presumably because I I rarely left the house, spent quite a lot of time in bed, read the same book over and over, ate infrequently, and devoted quite a bit of my abundant free time to thinking about death. (Like, seriously. That has to be my favorite sentence ever. It's so funny and sarcastic and such a perfect start to such a perfect novel.)

What's your favorite novel?

message 286: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Right now I think it's still The Fault in Our Stars.

Have you ever thrown a book away?

message 287: by Colby (new)

Colby (colbz) | 3211 comments :D TFiOS!!!!!
Nooooooooooo! I never throw books away. If I hate them, I sell them, but NEVER throw them away.

Why does Gatsby LIE so much? (I'm kind of reading it right now and I'm concerned about that man.)

message 288: by [deleted user] (new)

Je ne sais pas. I haven't read the book yet, sooo...

What was the last piece of literature or art to make you cry? (If it's a plot spoiler, put it in the spoiler thingies.)

message 289: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Does Doctor Who count? Because I watched Vincent and the Doctor and I cried yesterday. If we're talking about books, Anna and the French Kiss made me cry a little bit. (view spoiler)
