Sugar flavor. I can't smell, and therefore, my taste buds are weak -- artificial flavor is often nonexistent for me.

If you could go without smell for a day, would that be okay with you?

message 2902: by [deleted user] (new)

Probably, unless it started to rain or snow, etc., because that's one of my favorite scents.

What's one of your least favorite things about the internet?

message 2903: by [deleted user] (new)

Porn. Flat-out hate it.

Do you agree?

message 2904: by [deleted user] (new)

Well, yeah, though I'm lucky enough not to have come across much of it. I guess I meant more every-day stuff.

What song describes your current mood?

message 2905: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments Something summery and happy, because the weather here is beautiful. I'm just about to head outside for no good reason.

What's your favorite kind of weather?

message 2906: by [deleted user] (new)

I prefer heavy rain or snow, and if I can't have that, I'd like it to be under 60 degrees.

Guilty pleasure movie?

message 2907: by Sydney (new)

Sydney (sydeli) | 145 comments Rainy

Dandelions or dandy lions?

message 2908: by [deleted user] (new)

If you had 30 seconds with someone random, what question would you ask!

message 2909: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Do you like Doctor Who? xD

So... do you?

message 2910: by [deleted user] (new)

I haven't watched it since the Tenth ruled the hearts of us all, but yeah.

Should I watch last season before watching the one that is currently airing?

message 2911: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Hahaha, yeaaah. If you don't watch series 5 and series 6, you will probably be a bit confused. And by a bit I mean you will have no idea what the heck is going on.

How do you feel about Nerdfighteria?

message 2912: by [deleted user] (new)

I like it, but I think John Green makes himself look like an idiot. As an author, he should have SOME class, even if he forgets to shave and shower every other day (as is mandatory for male authors XD).

I am finishing Looking for Alaska. Which of his books should I read next?

message 2913: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
... alrighty then. *sits on hands*

Paper Towns or The Fault in Our Stars.

Are you artistic?

message 2914: by [deleted user] (new)

I know I offend a lot of people with my view on John Green. I just don't like how he tries to write deep stuff and then acts like a fool in videos.

Yes, I'm artistic with words and music. Visual arts, not so much.

Same question?

No, Australia. But does that mean you don't have Cadbury?

message 2916: by Taliah (last edited Sep 08, 2012 03:47PM) (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments I can't draw for anything and I'm not good with poetry, so no.

What's your favorite pizza?

message 2917: by [deleted user] (new)

((Yes, we do indeed have Cadbury. Pretty good stuff. Their milk chocolate is little on the sweet side, though.))

Pizza is great with just about any meat or cheese on it.

Favorite kind of soup!

But what's wrong with "acting like a fool?" It's good to have a sense of humor and to be able to act crazy and have a good time once in a while. It's what nerds do. I hope that I never grow up so much that I can't put stuff on my head or act like a geek in public or do something crazy just because.

Potato soup.

Favorite book cover?

Wintergirls.

Same?

message 2921: by [deleted user] (new)

Lav, I suppose I'm just a bit of a radical when it comes to John Green. I don't know much about him, but I just know that I saw his videos and I was like, "People actually like his books?"

In all honesty, his writing is pretty good. The guy behind it is just a little weird for me.

message 2922: by Annemarie, hi (new)

Annemarie Carlson (annielawlz) | 3393 comments Mod
I honestly don't know what you expected him to be. Based on just his writing style, John Green would be a pretentious a-hole who wouldn't stop rambling on about super cool girls and the meaning of life. I mean, that's fine for a book but that would not be fine for an actual person.

I like the Shiver/Linger/Forever covers.

Do you enjoy exercising?

So being a complex person with different sides is a bad thing? Like, I don't know you in person, but as Annie said, I highly doubt all you do is sit around and talk about cool girls and the meaning of life. People have moments where they make ridiculous jokes and laugh about the stupidest things. People also have moments where they sit and talk about something deep for hours. It's not an either/or situation.

Sometimes. I really like it sometimes.

Do you like the sound of rain?

message 2927: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I love the sound of rain. It rained yesterday for one of the first times in about fifty years here because of the stupid drought that was this summer. My friends and I were in a thrift store with a very noisy roof and it made me so happy.

Do you shop at thrift stores?

message 2928: by [deleted user] (new)

We should take this debate elsewhere. Create a new topic or something.Honestly, I didn't intend for it to be a big deal anyway.

For the record, if you knew me in real life, that is just about all I do. I sit around talking about the world's best girls and the meaning of life...and everything else. :)

message 2929: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments Lav: No, I don't.

Do you shop at them pretentious name-brand stores? (Versace, Prada, etc.)

message 2930: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Noooooo. I shop mostly at WalMart and places like that, haha.

What's one job you would never do?

What was the last movie you watched?

message 2938: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I rewatched part of The Hunger Games a couple weeks ago. But I didn't end up finishing it.

What's the last YouTube video you watched?

Do you have a tumblr and if so who do you reblog the most?

message 2940: by [deleted user] (new)

I don't, though I'm just postponing the inevitable.

Current celebrity/musician/whatever obsession?

message 2941: by Sydney (new)

Sydney (sydeli) | 145 comments John Green. I admire that man.

Do you like cats?

message 2942: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments YES. I love my kitties.

A tv show that you can't stand?

message 2943: by [deleted user] (new)

I would say all of those stupid "_____ Wars" (ex: Storage Wars) shows. They're just plain stupid.

Have you ever babysat?

message 2944: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Yep, lots of times.

Do you like dancing?

message 2945: by Sydney (new)

Sydney (sydeli) | 145 comments Yes, but I'm terrible at it so I never dance in public.

What website gets most of your time?

Who would you like to be, besides yourself?

message 2947: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
No one, really. I like who I am. But if I could be a version of Lav who becomes a published author when she grows up, that would be nice. xD

What do you want to major in in college/ what are you majoring in?

message 2948: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments I'm still trying to figure that out. *sigh* Maybe creative writing? except I haven't written anything in forever cause I have no motivation

If you ever got a book published, whose recommendation would you want on the cover/back? (if that makes any sense)

message 2949: by Sydney (new)

Sydney (sydeli) | 145 comments John Green. He is my answer to half of these questions, what the heck?

Same?

message 2950: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Haha John Green is actually who I had in mind when I asked that. Definitely him, and Patrick Ness.

Have you ever held/picked up a snake?
