Um. Okay so in sixth grade "detention" was basically staying inside during recess.

So one day I was told to go to detention because apparently I didn't fill out some sheet right.

I didn't even know about this so I didn't have a pencil or anything to write with so I was sitting in the back of the classroom really, really embarrassed that I was in trouble.

Then all these kids saw me and were like, "Why's Emily in detention?!" and then I put my head in my arms and started sobbing.

It was humiliating.

Yes! Very much so! I usually only like A's, B's at lowest and i try and get over 80% in all tests, exams, etc.

I think it's great. Especially as someone whose family struggles with money and affording things like health care, I think it's needed. Everyone should be able to get the care they need, regardless of what kind of money they have.

What's the stupidest way you've ever injured yourself?

My [expletive] weightlifting partner thought it would be fun to take all the weight off of one side of the squat bar last April...I didn't see, and I started taking off one weight on the other side. The bar tipped up and slid off the rack and down my leg. I had severe bruising on my thigh and a gash three inches long and up to a half-inch deep in one part. I had to get three stitches, give up running, and deal with bloody bandages for the next two months.
