Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Very. Well, that depends on what you mean by "independent". I still rely on my parents for things like money and food and stuff, so not in that sense. But I spend a lot of time on my own so I'm more independent in the loner sense.

What is the most expensive item of clothing that you own?

message 2202: by Taliah (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments Probably my school skirt, sad as that my sound. I might have some dresses that costed more originally, but only ones that were given to me so I don't actually know.

If you had unlimited funds, what would you do? (giving it to charity doesn't count)

message 2203: by [deleted user] (new)

Buy expensive sound recording equipment, pay for college and an LDS mission, bribe a publishing company into publishing a book I write.... That sort of stuff.

Name one cause that you believe is worth fighting for.

message 2204: by Taliah (last edited Aug 23, 2012 12:08AM) (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments By 'fighting for' do you mean putting effort in to accomplish or actually fighting and hurting people?
Either way, I believe that making sure we make good descisions is important, having leaders that actually know what they're on about rather than just do what the public wants. I'm not sure that's a cause, but I still think it's important.

What's your favorite dinner?

message 2205: by Jessica (new)

Jessica Mornington | 35 comments Chicken wings or carbonnara

What's your favourite Tv show?

message 2206: by Taliah (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments At the moment, probably Scrubs.

Do you think refugees should be allowed into the country? (By that I'm thinking about Australia, but it probably applies to people from other countries as well.)

message 2207: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments Hmm I think that would depend on the resources of that country, if moving there would be a good idea or even more problematic. I think the refugee thing might be more of an issue in Australia, because I've never really thought about it in the US.

Did you ever keep a diary?

message 2208: by [deleted user] (new)

I tried . . . I failed.

Are you listening to any music right now, and if so, what?

message 2209: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments I'm watching a tv show, so just background music from that.

Do you like facial hair on other people?

message 2210: by [deleted user] (new)

I tend to prefer stubble or just a clean-shaven face.

What is the longest time you've ever spoken to someone without stopping?

message 2211: by [deleted user] (new)

If you don't count talking in my sleep . . . maybe an hour.

If you could switch places with anyone for a day who would you switch with?

message 2212: by [deleted user] (new)

Scott. Complaint Box members know what I'm talking about.

Have you ever eaten squid?

message 2213: by [deleted user] (new)

SCRATCH THAT ANSWER! ELLIE IS MAAAAAD AT SCOTT!

Yes. Squid and octopus actually aren't that bad, depending on how it's cooked.

What's the worst thing you've ever eaten?

message 2215: by [deleted user] (new)

Fish sticks. I love seafood, but breaded fish makes me gag.

Are there any childhood toys that you keep just for the memories? What are they?

message 2216: by Megan (new)

What is your favorite room in your house?

message 2217: by [deleted user] (last edited Aug 23, 2012 02:02PM) (new)

My room, because it's clean and safe and it has my books and electronics and basically everything I need to survive but food and air conditioning.

What is the most disappointing book you've ever read? (Use spoilers if it's about the ending.)

message 2218: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Wake was super disappointing. It sounded so cool, but I ended up not liking it very much at all.

Most disappointing book?

message 2221: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments I think the Hunger Games really disappointed me. Because there was all the media hype, my friends going on and on about how great it was, but then I started reading it and, "Tf? Is this the right book?"

Have you ever stayed up all night, or at least really late? What did you do?

message 2222: by Megan (new)

Ehehehehehe.

message 2229: by [deleted user] (new)

Question: Are there any authors who impressed you only once, but you disliked everything else?

I'm proud of my music. ^_^

Same question.

message 2247: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm going on pointe this year! If you don't know what I mean going on pointe is when you get those professional ballet shoes where you stand on your tippy toes and it hurts like mad. You have to be super good at ballet. I'm sososo excited.

Brunch. Because it's breakfast and lunch combined. So you can eat twice as many pancakes.

What's the beverage you consume the most besides water?
