Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments No. Not if you mean really crying. My eyes will mist up at lots of things like books and movies, though. But it's not really crying, exactly.

What have you been obsessing over recently?

message 2152: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Boston and the ocean. I WANT TO GO BACK.

Who is your OTP?

message 2153: by Taliah (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments "One True Pairing in a work of fiction. Characters that a person thinks work well together." - Urban Dictionary.

If that's what you mean, then probably Artemis and Minerva in the Artemis Fowl books, even though they only ever have, like, three conversations.

Question?

message 2155: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Answer.

What's one quality you have that separates you from your friends?

message 2156: by [deleted user] (new)

I don't drool over chocolate milk. It's good, but not THAT good.

How do you keep yourself awake in school?

message 2157: by Dana (new)

Dana (danachewy) | 735 comments I'm one of those people that actually likes school. But, uh, I doodle, or drink water.

What's your favorite country besides America?

message 2158: by [deleted user] (new)

Hey, I like school too. But sometimes it's hard to stay awake.

I'm fond of Great Britain. More so than America, anyway.

Whole or skim milk?

message 2159: by [deleted user] (new)

Skim. Whole milk tastes disgusting on its own.

Scariest/bravest thing you've ever done?

message 2160: by [deleted user] (new)

FINALLY! Someone who sees sense.

Um...I do a lot of scary things. I stand up to bullies all the time. I sorta stood up to one today...he wasn't being a bully, though...just being extremely rude to our teacher.

When do you usually fall asleep?

message 2161: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments It's summer, so like 2 am. But on school days I try not to stay up past 12.

What's your favorite kind of candy?

message 2162: by [deleted user] (new)

High-quality chocolate.

Favorite movie genre?

message 2163: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments Adventuurrree!

What's your opinion on horror movies?

message 2164: by [deleted user] (last edited Aug 21, 2012 02:17PM) (new)

I think if a movie can get you emotionally invested enough to scare you, that's great. But films created for the sole purpose of scaring the audience are just stupid and manipulative.

What is one of your favorite movie moments?

message 2165: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments In Return of the King when Eowyn and Faramir kind of just look at each other...that's not a very good description. But YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT.

Same question?

message 2166: by [deleted user] (new)

*fangirls* EowynandFaramiryes! I've read some passages from the book, and they are equally cute.

I love (view spoiler) death in The Fellowship of the Ring. It breaks my freaking heart every freaking time, freak it.

What is one of your earliest memories?

message 2167: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments Hmm I don't think so. I guess the brain is weird like that, how you can't choose what to remember and what to forget.

Would you ever get a tattoo? If so, what of?

message 2168: by Taliah (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments No. I just don't like the idea of hundreds of tiny needles injecting ink into my skin. Call me wierd.

Same question?

message 2169: by Colby (new)

Colby (colbz) | 3211 comments Yeah, I would, not sure what of, as long as it was meaningful to me.

Favorite 'classic' book?

message 2170: by [deleted user] (new)

A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Easy to read, easy to love.

What is the most recently published novel you have read?

message 2171: by Nepeta (new)

Do you plan on publishing your novel?

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments I like the name Lilia a lot.

What's your favorite birthday present that you've ever gotten?

message 2175: by [deleted user] (new)

Hmm... I might have to go with something that wasn't exactly a present. My brother got married the day after my birthday this year, so my entire family was in town. That never happens. It was just nice to see all of my siblings at once. Or maybe the Les Misérables tenth anniversary CD I got in eighth grade.

Least favorite holiday?

message 2176: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Halloween, I guess? We don't celebrate it.

message 2177: by Taliah (new)

Taliah Lagons | 161 comments Probably yellow.

Do you paint your nails?

message 2178: by [deleted user] (new)

ALL THE TIME! No...just kidding...being a guy isn't that exciting.

Most exotic thing you've eaten.

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
Uhhh. A zucchini muffin.

Any weird dreams last night?

message 2180: by [deleted user] (new)

I haven't had many dreams lately.

Have you had your apple today?

message 2181: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes, actually. So I was in my stupid science teacher's classroom (his name is Mr. B) and it was a Christmas party, so everyone in my grade was there. It was eleven at night, but the sun was shining outside. Everyone was wearing santa hats and Mr. B was on the table dancing. Soon it was time to go, but our party wasn't allowed so we ran down the hall and there was a vending machine that was never there. The next thing I knew I was in my friend Brynn's car and her mom was driving and my friends Karli and Lucca were next to me. We were driving on a road that went through a cornfield (you know, the really yellow kind of field). My window was down but there was no wind, just the warm sun. Suddenly there was shiny paper falling from the sky and I was noticing how pretty it was. I caught some and it was pink but I hate pink so I caught a silver one.

Yeah, I just woke up, so it's fresh in my mind. Have you ever had a dream weirder than that?

message 2182: by Dana (new)

Dana (danachewy) | 735 comments No.... but the dream I just had was that I was in school, and there was a bird egg in my backpack, and it cracked loudly, and I went outside and let it out, but I was scared that it wouldn't be able to go down the four flights of stairs, since it couldn't fly yet, so I helped it down one flight, and then it turned out to be one of those bird dinosaur thingys and it jumped super high and jumped all the way down the stairs. I chased after it but I couldn't catch it. Oh yeah and it was super dark outside like it was dawn but everyone was at class.

What was the last thing you ate?

message 2183: by [deleted user] (new)

What was your favorite picture book as a kid?

message 2187: by Sum (new)

Classics or modern lit?

message 2190: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments I like both. I read modern lit more, though (besides this summer, which has been the summer of classics!).

Do you prefer to read past tense or present tense?

message 2191: by [deleted user] (new)

I really like the way present tense sounds, but most authors do best with past tense, so I don't really mind either.
