I'm so stressed about the whole politics thing today.

...I feel completely ignored.

And mine.=)

Hiiiiiii! =)

Good for you!
and no you are not ignored

Anyway. I'm done. That was enough politics for me. :)
Whit - why are you feeling ignored?

Jahlia - I'm from California. I'll just say that I'm proud to be in Colorado right now. Less crime. Nicer people.
THIS IS STRESSING ME OUT! Okay guys, I don't have a future and the whole politics shit is pissing me off. I want a future where I don't have to pay for the people that don't work. I want a future where I can get a job after college, and right now, I don't even know if I can go to college. Senior year is stressing me because I realized that I lazed around too much in the past, and that's my own fault. But I just want a future. I want to know that I'll have a good life, and I don't feel like I will if our current President is reelected.

Well, I was just aiming for those fake people that really can do stuff, but they chose to laze around. Trust me, my grandmother... she's physically disabled because she has MS and if she could, she'd be working. There are people in my life, that if they could they would be out there in a job working place.
But people like my neighbors, that are perfectly fine, I don't think that they need to be supported by people that work hard for their money.

But that's just a dumb republicans view. -_- At least that's what I'm getting. What I don't understand is why everyone else is aloud to have an opinion but when someone else has a different view those people get trashed. Like some people started attacking my friend for supporting Romney today.
@Jahlia, I'm not even going to comment my thoughts towards that because you missed my entire point. Things aren't improving, but again that's my opinion.
I'm done talking politics.

I know of someone who was on welfare, raising a child she gave birth to shortly after high school, a child she and he planned in a moment of insanity. Believe me, they went to lengths to make it happen. Somehow they were able to use tax money to be able to afford to rent a house and then later buy a mobile home.
Then there's me. Been working since high school at a job I get screwed right and left at, went to college and got a degree and rather than being able to get a better job with that degree, I had to go out and get a second part-time job. I have not applied for any welfare and I just can't get ahead. Where's the FT job I hoped to have at HS graduation 4 years ago? The home and family I'd hoped to start? I had to PAY taxes for three years and I was working my tail off to better myself.

Honestly, I have no idea what's going to happen, and I feel like I'm being attacked for not wanting to worry about exactly what you are Jess. I don't want that type of life, and from reading into Romney's campaign I feel like I will be able to have the life I want, if he becomes President, and I just want to point out that... everything started going bad for you when Obama became President.
What did you get your degree in?
Just wondering... because I really just want to be off of the subject of politics because I feel like I am going to break down and cry if we start debating and crap.

Actually, screw that... everything is Bush's fault.
How after four years are we still blaming Bush? I mean I get that he jacked up the last four years, but seriously? Why can't people take the blame for things that they did? Are lies really better than the truth?
I have an Associate in Arts, a degree that I could then go to a 4-year school and skip the whole first two years of courses if I so chose. But I am worried about doing so because 1. I can't afford to, 2. I don't want to make my parents pay when they already paid for my 2year one, 3. I really just want to move out and find out who I am out from under my parents outdated rules and restrictions.
Yeah, that's understandable. I really hope you the best.
This is probably the last time I'll be on because my parents have to cut the internet and the phone.
