"Literally" would mean the direction up. Which, when you think about it is a relative thing. If you were in space, what direction would be up? ;P
It's relative to the center of gravity, but in deep space where there is a lack of gravity strain on you, the direction up become irrelevant.
"Non-literally" would mean "how are you doing?" or "what's happening in life?"
To that question my answer is simply.
