Dnelson Is there a way to get a list of the "next" book to come out in series you are following?

Thanks!

Mel (soireb) | 61 comments I use fictfact.com for that very purpose. As far as I know GR does not has this particular feature; even thought they do let you know when a new book from the author is coming out.

An alternative, you can visit the book's page and if its part of a series the series name will appear in gray next to the title, clicking the series name will take you to a page with all the books of that series.

Clare K. R. (clare-dragonfly) | 15 comments Oh, that site looks interesting (Fictfact). So if you give it a book title, it gives you the whole series and also notifies you when the next book is coming out? I usually just use GR series lists to find out series order, but I would love to be notified when new books are available.

I usually got to the authors website and see what they have listed in news, or future books... depends on the author on how they list it. I also subscribe to the authors page

Dnelson Thanks for the suggestion! I was hoping goodreads had that kind of feature. I was using fictfact before I found goodreads! I got lazy about maintaining tbr's on both sites, and stopped using fictfact, but I will go back to it.

Mel (soireb) | 61 comments If GR added this series tracking feature I'll drop fictfact too; until then, I guess I have to keep both accounts

Lisa (lisamessegee) | 120 comments If you go to the author's page on Goodreads, they list the author's series and the order of the books. I use that method of finding the next book when I'm lazy and don't want to check with fictfact. I do have a fictfact account, though, and it's great! I get e-mail updates for series that I'm following. They tell me what books are coming out that week and what books have been added to my series.

Anika (teddybear1) | 318 comments I check the author's website and goodreads page and then amazon to see what the next book in the series.

I always use FantasticFiction. I had to rely on it heavily when I was creating my access database of everything I've read. I needed it for referencing series names, numbers and such. Very helpful site.
